尽管主流评价似乎将《X战警：天启》评为了年度最令人失望的漫画电影，但要我说，布莱恩·辛格的这部续集依旧是一部有趣的、令人赏心悦目的卡通化大片。
它并不是该系列中最好的，但也不至于是最糟糕的，而且片中有一些片段，足以与整个系列中最好的部分并肩。
比什么都重要的是，它给人感觉明显就是一部特定为X战警粉丝制作的电影：那些喜欢辛格不那么严肃的第一部的影迷，那些看着开创性的90年代动画系列长大的影迷，以及那些认为《背水一战》也有可取之处的影迷会很享受这部电影。
这样的要求可能有点小众化，但即使你不是以上三种观众，影片依然有很多看点。
一方面也是因为辛格为了取悦粉丝，在《天启》中塞满了对经典漫画、电影、流行文化和前几部X战警电影的引用和致敬。
在目睹天启实施恶毒阴谋的同时发觉这些彩蛋可以说是观影过程中最有意思的体验之一（即使是那些对影片失望的影迷）。
感谢上帝，这样的彩蛋有很多...36.X战警号角和《逆转未来》一样，第一个彩蛋在这部电影一开始就出现了，20世纪福斯的标识被处理成了一个轻微的X符号。
虽然不像迪斯尼经常在片头做的那样将自己的标志重新做了设计，但明眼人一看就了然了。
当探照灯扫过Fox后，只留下了一个X，号角声也换成了熟悉的90年代X战警卡通主题曲。
