如果用户购买的是希捷硬盘,并怀疑自己的硬盘出现坏道,可以下载希捷官方检测软件SEATOOLS 检测,或者将硬盘送至希捷全国的特约检测中心。
希捷建议消费者:当你的硬盘(无论是安装在台式机、笔记本电脑或是移动硬盘中)处于工作状态下时,一定要避免对它的撞击。
也要避免对工作状态下的硬盘进行移动或摇晃,这样才能有效避免坏道的产生。
另外,对于长期放置不用的硬盘或移动硬盘,一定要放置在通风、干燥的地方,避免潮湿、高温高湿或温度变化较大的环境,这些都是保护硬盘,避免故障的重要方法。
案例回放坏道问题难解决,日立硬盘售后服务无处找苏先生于2007年5月份购置了一款日立80GB SATA硬盘。
到2008年4月份,硬盘使用还未到一年,便出现坏道和坏扇区,电脑一读取该扇区的数据立马死机或蓝屏。
苏先生马上联系了硬盘的销售商,对方承诺保换。
但到6月份,其硬盘返回并未获得任何解决。
销售商回复说由于硬盘两边的某些胶脱落,属于外损,所以不能保换也不能保修。

1、磁盘转动或转动困难,有磁头动作声音,伴有电机吱吱响,时而认盘时而蓝屏。
2、磁盘转动,认分区缓慢或能够识别部分分区,通常为磁盘坏扇区故障,原因为自然寿命、磁头老化、轻微摔伤。
3、磁盘不转动,没有任何声响或电脑不开机、电路板冒烟焦糊、电路板故障,修复或更换电路板可完全恢复文件。
4、磁盘电机不转,有轻微吱吱声或咔咔声,多是供电不足或跌落摔伤导致磁头卡住抱死。
5、磁盘转动不认盘,有较大咔咔磁头撞击声。

化,更多是跌落碰撞致使磁头损坏。
6、磁盘加密,磁盘加密多是在笔记本上,也有客户将台式磁盘加密。

导致希捷硬盘资料丢失的常见故障1、硬盘中病毒、误删除文件、误格式化、变成RAW格式、显示0字节、分区丢失、文件丢失。
2、希捷资料硬盘,移动硬盘提示“未被格式化,现在要格式化吗”“文件或目录损坏且无法读取”、I/O错误等问题。
3、希捷硬盘、移动硬盘不认盘,插到电脑USB不能识别、灯不亮、没有任何反应。
4、希捷移动硬盘找不到盘符。

由于电路板上的芯片大多数封装的十分严密,资料恢复中心大部分采用替换匹配电路元件的方法进行修复。
对盘体故障有些时候盘体故障表现的十分明显,硬盘通电后发出连续而有规律的异常声响,但有的时候它的故障又十分不明显,只是单纯的出现主板无法检测到硬盘的情况,很容易和电路故障混淆,一般需要在无尘超净室进行开盘诊断,才能制定方案。
资料恢复中心提醒大家:当希捷硬盘出现异常,而无法读取时。
千万不要尝试自己没有把握的方法(比如重新格式化、重建分区表等等),因为这样的操作,很可能让原本很简单的恢复任务,变得异常复杂,同时错误的操作也会大大降低资料被成功恢复的可能性。
不认的盘一般都看指令来判断,常见问题或通病时一般使用专修提供的几个针对型功能按钮即可快速修复。
如果固件错误造成的不认盘或f级,大部分情况下都是通过做校准来修复的。
从上面的叙述可以看出希捷硬盘开校准(s f)是多么重要的方法。
判断如何修如果模块正常,但是坏道较多,可以从02级开始跑自动校准(自检)。
风险:a t a模块会丢失,(k8\k9\k10的还会丢失a p p模块)跑完后,要回写原盘a t a固件和a p p模块。
如果坏道不多,可以从a g e26或a g e30、a g e31开始校准,不会破坏a t a跑校准正常到a g e=50会停止(很多是不正常结束,比较多的是在a g e=4f 结束),校准过程中任何时候可以点分号;查看校准进程查看a g e值。
按句号键看t r k值有没有变化,来判断流程还在跑没有。
k8\k9\k10盘02级校准到a g e=50结束是正常的,但也有a g e=99结束的但也正常;但这个时候不要断电,继续指令下输入n10,,22回车,c t r l+t继续再跑。
开校准一:在t>模式下输入指令:n02,,22这时还没有正式开始,只是定义开始地方二:按c t r l+t开始校准。
三:校准到a g e=50为止如果校准后是a g e=4f(表示效果不是跑的很好),如果这个时候要修来认盘就在指令下输入n50,,22回车,回到a g e=50,回到50后最好断电开电一次,看看指令下有没有显示其它报错信息,如果显示需要回写1号模块的就回写1号模块。
也可以不写认,直接人工转到f级,来重做f 级的校准。
四:回写a t a固件(校准和回写 1.mo d期间,千万不要断电)在指令模式下,显示:o v e r l a y f a i l e d就是要回写a t a的意思。
五:复位c r t l+c在不断电情况下启动(复位硬盘)\在指令模式下,显示:s t u f f w a s u n r e a d a b l e就是回a t a写完成六:显示:s t u f f w a s u n r e a d a b l e,这个时候同样是不能认盘就绪的,需要通病修复.通病修复的方法是:对硬盘进行装入后在"硬盘固件检测"里面点"通病修复",通病修复不成功,尝试回写同参数好的4号固件(最好回写我们校准之前备份的原盘4号模块)。
效率源希捷7200.10硬盘F级修复教程什么是F级?希捷硬盘在设计指令时为分许多模块,同时对指令又分不同的等级,以方便于开发工程师的记忆和管理。
F级就是仅工作在电路板模式下的等级,这个等级是不依赖于盘体本身的。
哪些盘会出现F级?酷鱼五代及以后的盘会出现F级。
初期的硬盘控制系统一般都比较简单,代码的体积也相对较小,相应的指令一般都存放在电路板的ROM 里边,所以不会出现F级。
自从酷鱼五代及以及后的盘,代码越来越大,电路板的现有ROM已经不能完全装入了,而厂家又不想增加生产成本,所以这些代码就被分散装在硬盘盘体和电路板ROM里边。
在硬盘加电装载时如果不能成功的读取这些被分散的代码,硬盘就只能工作在电路板的模式,这时就出现了F级。
硬盘发生什么错误会到F级?1、硬盘的磁头损坏;2、硬盘有物理错误;3、硬盘的盘片损坏;4、电路板装载错误,固件位置不正确;5、固件错误;以上的情况都有可能使硬盘变为F级,所以影响硬盘成为F级的情况是多种多样的。
但F级的原因归根到底还是,电路板上的ROM代码与盘体上的固件代码不能匹配导致。
7200.10的F级修复与7200.7的F级修复有一点不同的地方,下面以一个希捷7200.10的盘为例(Model:ST380815AS,SN:5QZ3ELE6,FW:3.AAD)来说明。

希捷F3平台硬盘常见故障案例-1硬盘不能识别:1.用终端备份28号系统文件,它是翻译器对应模块2B .2.m0,6,,,,,,22 重建翻译器之后硬盘可以识别。
大约要等1分钟以上,硬盘才可以识别。
但所有扇区不能读数据。
终端不断有PING 错误报告。
读取扇区和固件会提示忙。
3.清除非常驻缺陷表后,再重建翻译器,硬盘能读前面一部分扇区,后面大部分扇区报错,不能读。
同样认盘缓慢。
不能编辑硬盘ID参数。
编辑ID参数无响应报错。
遇到上面这种问题可以找到一个好的硬盘,编辑硬盘ID参数。
禁止PINGBUG 如图:取消画圈中的对钩,然后点OK,这样可以禁止硬盘的缺陷扫描。
然后保存完好备件硬盘的这个系统文件ID号:093 ,它和硬盘的模块2A是对应的。
这个模块是Save mode pages (HDD SETS)硬盘设置参数之后调整硬盘读模式为终端,写入093系统文件到故障硬盘,发现COPY0 不能写入。
之后写入COPY1 成功。
再写入原始备份的系统文件028(硬盘翻译器模块)到COPY0 .发现COPY0 不能写入,我们同样写入COPY1. 成功。
之后对硬盘断电上电发现,硬盘可以很快识别并成功读取所有扇区数据。
数据恢复成功。
注意,硬盘不识别,必须先备份系统文件28.它是翻译器2B模块重要提示:在重建翻译器前最好用终端备份28号系统文件,如果重建翻译器后前好后坏可以将原翻译器写回。
通病快速处理方法:报错:MCMT SIM1009 0002A1E1等,可以通病修复,直接写相同版本346 .17A 系统文件,3分钟内,常见问题就可以解决.不能清除SMART ,N1失败:写这3个系统文件:133 134 135,然后N1成功,SMART 修复。
