一、教学目标
1．知识与技能：掌握祈使句和相关形容词的用法。

2．过程与方法：学会灵活的自编小对话。

3．情感、态度与价值：学会礼貌的待人接物。

A cassette player, A soft toy, a bag, a balloon, an apple and a pineapple
四、教学过程
Pre-task preparation
1. Ask students to touch their desk.
Say: Touch your desk. How does it feel?
S: It's hard/smooth.
Prompt students to say: It's hard and smooth.
2.Choose some classroom objects.Invite some more able students to describe the objects using more than one adjective.
e.g. It's ...and ...
While-task procedure
1.Divide students into groups. Students take turns to feel the objects.
Other students say: Touch the ...How does it feel?
The student who fee ls the object says: It's⋯
2.Other students feel that object and see if they agree.
3.Students are required to tick the real objects that they have touched but not those objects printed on the table.
Students tick the table in their books.
Post-task activity
1.Divide students into groups.
2.Students stick the letters on card then cut out the letters and put them on the desk. Alternatively distribute commercially produced magnetic letters if available.
3.Choose a group leader. Blindfold the other students. Ask them to touch and guess. Say: It's ...
Group leader gives the members answers: Yes/No.
Students take turns to be the group leader.

StepⅡ:学习新知Presentation
1.学习单词thin.讲解thin除了以前学过的瘦的，还有“细的，薄的”意思。教学单词时，遵循语言学习的规律，让学生听准、看清、然后再模仿、操练。注意总结th组合及纠正thin的发音。
【设计意图：】让学生用thin造句，让学生理解thin的具体涵义，使这个单词在学生脑海中立体形象起来。
6.The opposites.说反义词。
【设计意图：】复习学过的反义词，把知识系统地总结归纳。
7.做游戏：头脑风暴
用The…is…填空。发挥想象，填入名词和形容词，也对本课知识作一个巩固和延伸。
StepⅢ:交际应用Practice
1.Ask and answer
【设计意图：】学生两人一组，利用身边的实物，练习今天所学句型，使语言能够学以致用。
小组合作，分角色表演课文，可以适当增加单词和句型。
StepⅣ:拓展延伸consolidation
1.Play a guessing game:
规则：教师请一名同学上前来，给他/她戴上准备好的眼罩，从实物里挑出一件，让他/她摸一摸，然后全班同学一齐问：Touch this,***. How does it feel? What is it?回答正确给予适当的奖励。
4.布置作业Homework
Make a riddle.编一个谜语
Write a dialogue according to the text, then act out with your partner.模仿课文，编写一个对话，并和同伴演一演。
