【你好，明天】北京拟将高考英语从150分调到100分，语文从150分调到180分。英语固然是国际化的工具，但是权重太大，母语反受冷落，是否走向另一个极端？一个民族的语言受到冲击，文化传承岂能独善其身？北京的中高考改革是纠偏努力，也是信号：崛起的中国，当科学认识英语、自信对待母语！

总体来说，这不仅是对中国教育利好的消息，也是攸关民族前途的大事。下面来谈谈我的看法。

一个政府对母语采取什么样的政策，会直接影响到大众的思维水准，进而影响该国家的高科技人才的培养。

我在统计各国获得诺贝尔奖人数的时，发现一条规律：获得诺贝尔奖最多的前几个国家，都是毫无例外地把自己的母语和文化放在第一位，采取各种保护自己母语的措施，而且通常是有意地把自己的语言文化“凌驾于”其他语言和文化之上。影响一个国家高科技人才培养的因素很多，其中之一就是对自己母语和文化的态度。我以在国外的亲身经历谈谈自己的观感。

诺贝尔得主最多的前几个国家，依次为美国、英国、德国、法国、俄罗斯、日本等。如果按照人口比例来算，欧洲的一些小国家，诸如意大利、丹麦、奥地利、瑞士、瑞典、挪威、荷兰等获得诺贝尔奖的人数也很多。

在科技文化领域，英语占有绝对的优势。英国和美国把英语放在第一位，因为这是他们的母语。那么对于其他国家来说，他们的语言政策，首先是处理好自己的母语与英语的关系。 不到巴黎就不知道法国人对自己母语的优越感，也就不知道法国人士如何轻视英语的。我认为，巴黎是世界上最美丽的城市，那里有很多世界闻名的名胜古迹，诸如巴黎圣母院、卢浮宫、爱菲尔铁塔等，数不胜数，每天都吸引着大量的世界各地的游客。然而他们的所有标示牌、路标，这么说吧，凡是你能看到的地方，都是清一色的法语。这就表明法国人的一种态度：你想来法国旅游吗？想欣赏这里的美景吗？想品尝我们的美食吗？那么，首先请学会我们的语言吧！
