河北省高等教育自学考试免考课程实施细则根据国务院发布的《高等教育自学考试暂行条例》及全国高等教育自学考试指导委员会发布的《高等教育自学考试考务、考籍管理工作规则》及《关于高等教育自学考试免考课程的试行规定》,结合我省课程改革的实际情况,本着公平、公正、公开、规范及易操作原则,特制订本细则。
第一部分申请免考的条件第一条国家承认的属国民教育系列的各类高等学校毕业的研究生、本科、专科毕业生、高校就读学生含成人高校脱产班学生(简称在校生)以及持有有关“非学历证书”的考生,可按本规定免考部分课程。
第二条有下列情况之一的不予受理一、无我省电子考籍档案(含注销的准考证号);二、个人信息不完整(无身份证号、图像信息);三、无法认定证书;四、无法认定在校生资格;五、考查课免考非公共政治课;六、免考现行专业考试计划中的加考课程;七、免考现行专业考试计划中未开设课程;八、学士学位外语证书;九、学历证书为二○○三年以后我省自学考试毕业证书(不含按专业免考课程);十、虚假证明材料。
第二部分申请免考第三条申请免考所需材料一、《准考证》复印件一份。
二、使用毕业学历证书申请免考在网上信息采集时,必须填写准确无误的毕业证书号,同时需提交专科或专科以上学历证书复印件一份。
《免考电子信息比对结果》发布后,如证书无法通过查验的,需补充提交学历证书原件、《学历认定报告》原件及复印件一份。
三、在校生申请免考在网上信息采集时,必须填写准确无误的录取考生号。
《免考电子信息比对结果》发布后,如录取考生号无法通过查验的,需补充提交教务部门盖章的录取底册复印件一份,复印件必须注明“此复印件与原件内容一致”字样,并有核对人签字。
四。
使用毕业学历证书或在校生申请免考的,还需提供由学校教务部门或单位的人事、档案部门提供的,加盖骑缝章的《学籍登记表》(其中必须包括课程名称、学分或学时、成绩及考试形式等内容)复印件,复印件封面上必须注明“此复印件与原件内容一致”字样,并有核对人签字。
第一部分必答题(满分60分)(必答题部分包括一、二、三题,每题20分)请认真阅读下面的案例,并回答第一题的问题。
案例(本案例纯属虚构)爱迪生与西方联合公司的谈判爱迪生发明电报后,西方联合公司欲购买。
爱迪生对定价疑惑不决,其妻建议2万元,“这么高?”。
谈判在西方联合公司办公室进行。
“爱迪生先生,你好”,西方联合公司的代表热情地向爱迪生打招呼后,直率地发问:“对您的发明,您打算要多少钱?”爱迪生欲言又止,因为觉得2万元太高,不好意思说出,但什么价又一时拿不定主意。
爱迪生在思考,办公室沉寂。
随着时间的推移,沉默变得难于忍耐,西方联合公司的代表急躁起来,场面十分尴尬。

本课程从语言和商务两方面培养学生用英语商务沟通所必备的知识和技能,为学生今后从事商务活动、人际交往和职业发展进行有效交流打好基础。
二、课程目标与基本要求本课程的教学目的是培养学生掌握商务活动中的规范语言,并在学习商务规范语言的同时学到基本的商务知识。

第一部分申请免考的条件第一条国家承认的属国民教育系列的各类高等学校毕业的研究生、本科、专科毕业生、高校就读学生含成人高校脱产班学生(简称在校生)以及持有有关“非学历证书”的考生,可按本规定免考部分课程。
第二条有下列情况之一的不予受理一、无我省电子考籍档案(含注销的准考证号);二、个人信息不完整(无身份证号、图像信息);三、无法认定证书;四、无法认定在校生资格;五、考查课免考非公共政治课;六、免考现行专业考试计划中的加考课程;七、免考现行专业考试计划中未开设课程;八、学士学位外语证书;九、学历证书为二○○三年以后我省自学考试毕业证书(不含按专业免考课程);十、虚假证明材料。
第二部分申请免考第三条申请免考所需材料一、《准考证》复印件一份。
