本篇学习要点: 1、 kick back 休息,和⼤家⼀起玩 2、 catch a flick 看电影 3、 It’s chintzy 很便宜 4、 drag a fag 抽烟 5、 Let’s roll 我们⾛ 在⼀个阳光明媚的周末午后,我冲了⼀杯咖啡,拿来⼀份The New York Times,正准备好好享受⼀番时,⼿机突然响了起来,会是谁呢?放下报纸匆忙接起电话,‘hey, it’s me, Justin!’ 原来是班上的美国同学Justin打来的,‘are you at home? It’s time to just kick back and relax! Come and join us!’
解读:在俚语中,kick back有很多种意思,包括把偷来的东西退还:kick back the stolen purse(退还钱包),以及⽀付佣⾦:kick back $100 to someone as commission这两种意思。
和⼤家⼀⼀打过招呼,赶紧先问问接下来的⾏程,‘Let’s catch a flick, shall we? Lots of good flicks comes out this week.’

例如,green hand被称为新手;Back in the day指的是过去,而baby mama并不是指妈妈,指的是女朋友;(2)俚语更新速度快。
I wonder if I can go somewhere?,而路人却回答道,Yes,you can go anywhere in China.(可以,中国你哪儿都能去)。
