GM2001无电感5V输出电荷泵型降压稳压芯片1、产品简介GM2001是一款5V输出电荷泵型降压稳压芯片，输入电压范围宽达6~28V，最大输出电流能力达150mA，内部采用固定900KHz开关频率，同时芯片内部还集成了短路保护、过流保护、过热保护等单元提升可靠性，ESD HBM高达±6000V。

与传统的降压芯片相比，GM2001无需外围的电感和肖特基二极管，应用方案简洁，仅需要3个外围电容。
