NEC4建筑合同 63中英文解释版一、英文原文Article 63 - Liquidated damages1. The contract shall provide for the payment of liquidated damages in the event of non-performance of any of the contractual obligations.2. The amount of liquidated damages shall be reasonable and shall take into account the following factors:(a) the value of the work performed or services rendered under the contract;(b) the time for completion of the work or services under the contract;(c) any loss or damage caused to the other party by the non-performance of the contract; and(d) any other relevant factors.3. The amount of liquidated damages shall not be less than the loss sustained by the other party to the contract by reason of the non-performance of any of the contractual obligations.4. The liquidated damages shall be payable by the party in default to the other party within a reasonable time after the determination of the liquidated damages.5.
