扫描电子显微镜的样品制备
扫描电镜试样一般要求具有以下特点： （1）导电性好，以防止表面积累电荷而影响成像；
（2）具有抗辐射损伤的能力，在高能电子轰击下不分解、不 变形；
（3）具有高的二次电子和背散射电子系数，以保证图像良 好的信噪比。
对不满足以上要求的试样（陶瓷、玻璃、塑料等绝缘材料，导 电性差的半导体，热稳定性不好的有机材料，二次电子、背散 射电子系数较低的材料等），需要表面涂层处理。
表面涂层处理的常用方法有真空蒸发和离子溅射镀膜法。
(3) Lewis酸性
由于金属上存在空轨道， 缺电子金属有机化合物都是
Lewis酸。
