它们广泛地适用于石油化工、钢铁冶金、给水排水、水利灌溉、水处理、环保污水总量控制、造纸、医药、食品等工、农业部门的生产过程流量测量和控制;并适用于导电液体的总量计量与贸易交接。

一、概述智能电磁流量计由传感器和转换器两部分构成。
它是基于法拉第电磁感应定律工作的,用来测量电导率大于5μS/cm导电液体的体积流量,是一种测量导电介质体积流量的感应式仪表。
除可测量一般导电液体的体积流量外,还可用于测量强酸强碱等强腐蚀液体和泥浆、矿浆、纸浆等均匀的液固两相悬浮液体的体积流量。
广泛应用于石油、化工、冶金、轻纺、造纸、环保、食品等工业部门及市政管理,水利建设、河流疏浚等领域的流量计量。
二、工作原理根据法拉第电磁感应原理,在与测量管轴线和磁力线相垂直的管壁上安装了一对检测电极,当导电液体沿测量管轴线运动时,导电液体切割磁力线产生感应电势,此感应电势由两个检测电极检出,数值大小与流量成正比例,其值为:E=KBVD式中:E-感应电势;K-与磁场分布及轴向长度有关的系数;B-磁感应强度;V-导电液体平均流速;D-电极间距;(测量管内直径)传感器将感应电势E作为流量信号,传送到转换器,经放大,变换滤波用一系列的数字处理后,用带背光的点阵式液晶显示瞬时流量和累积流量。
转换器有4~20mA输出,报警输出及频率输出,并设有RS-485等通讯接口,并支持HART和MODBUS协议。
三、产品特点●全数字量处理,抗干扰能力强,测量可靠,精度高、流量测量范围可达150:1●超低EMI开关电源,适用电源电压变化范围大,抗EMI性能好。

MAG8000电磁水表新一代电池供电电磁水表SITRANS FM MAG8000众所周知,中国是一个非常缺水的国家;尤其是华北、西北水资源十分紧缺。
国家投入巨资的南水北调工程可以在很大程度上缓解中国北方的水资源紧张问题,但是确在客观上大大提高了水资源的处理成本。
因此,如何能提高水传输过程中的计量精度,减少水资源在传输过程中的计量损耗就显的越来越重要。
而现实情况是国内的水计量问题非常多,基本上还在采用传统的机械式水表计量,而且有很多水表超期服役。
传统的机械式水表已经无法满足水计量的要求和经济发展的要求,巨额的资源漏失使国家蒙受巨大损失。
目前在经济发达地区,对于主管网水计量,用水大户的计量(一般管径在DN100以上),使用电磁流量计正在成为一种共识。
相对于传统的机械式水表而言,电磁流量计有着计量精度高,始动流量非常小的优势。
电磁流量计的采用大大提高了水计量的精度,但是电磁流量计的缺点是需要外部供电。
但是很多场合很难提供电源,或者需要很高的布线成本;西门子公司的SITRANS FM MAG8000(以下简称MAG8000)电磁水表在根本上解决了这个问题。
MAG80 00电磁水表采用电磁流量计技术,具有电磁流量计精度高、始动流量小的优点,同时采用电池供电、无需外接电源,使用几乎没有限制。
1、MAG8000测量原理特性介绍图 1 MAG8000 电磁水表MAG8000 专为自来水测量设计,其测量原理与电磁流量计相同,都是利用法拉第电磁感应定律的原理,在管道中产生磁场,通过测量电极上的与流速成正比的电信号来测量流量。
M AG8000 由传感器和转换器两部分组成。
由于采用电池供电,所以功耗非常重要。
MAG8000无论是转换器还是传感器都采用低功耗设计,保证MAG8000的电池寿命相当长。
在典型应用状况下,MAG8000的电池寿命可以长达六年。
MAG8000传感器如图2所示,采用锥形传感器设计,流体在传感器内部流速更快,可以保证MAG8000在更低的流速下获得高精度。

SITRANS F M 电磁流量计■简介SITRANS F M Transmag 2变送器SITRANS F M Transmag 2是交变脉冲电磁场的电磁流量计,它的磁场强度高于常规的直流脉冲磁场流量计。
上述特点使它可以应用于许多难于测量的场合,如: • 高浓度的纸浆,固体含量大于3%• 高粘矿浆• 带磁性颗粒的矿浆SITRANS F M Transmag 2变送器与SITRANS F M 911/E 传感器一起使用,具有公称直径DN 65及以上的多种型号。

3 工作原理电磁流量计的工作原理基于法拉第电磁感应定律。
当一个导体在磁场内运动,在与磁场方向、运动方向相互垂直方向的导体两端,会有感应电动势产生。
电动势的大小与导体运动速度和磁感应强度大小成正比。
在图1-1中,当导电流体以平均流速V (s m /)通过装有一对测量电极的一根内径为D (m )的绝缘管子流动时,并且该管子处于一个均匀的磁感应强度为B (T )的磁场中。
那么,在一对电极上就会感应出垂直于磁场方和流动方向的电动势(E )。
由电磁感应定律可写做(1)式:V D B E ⋅⋅=(V ) (1)通常,体积流量可以写作V Dq4π=(s m /) (2)由公式(1)和(2)可得到:smq 因此电动势可表示为:/q 可见,流量q 与电动势成正比。
图1-2 转换器电路结构电磁流量转换器一方面向电磁流量传感器励磁线圈提供稳定的励磁电流,以达到B 是个常量;同时把传感器感应的电动势放大、转换成标准的电流信号或频率信号,便于流量的显示、控制与调节。
图1-2所示为转换器电路结构。
4 技术性能指标4.1执行标准JB/T9248-1999电磁流量计。
4.2基本参数与性能指标4.2.1传感器公称通经:3、6、10、15、20、25、32、40、50、65、80、100、125、150、200、250、300、350、400、450、500、600、700、800、900、1000、1200、1400、1600、1800、2000、2200、2400、2600、2800、3000;4.2.2流量测量范围流量测量范围上限值的流速可在0.3m/s~15m/s范围内选定,下限值的流速可为上限值的1%。
