浅谈智能变电站光缆施工摘要：近年来，智能化变电站及改造越来越多，其站内的光纤接续工作也越来越复杂。

如何在较短时间内，优质、高效地完成变电站内的光纤接续工作，需要不断对光纤知识的学习，及光纤工作的经验积累。

光纤从种类上分为单模光纤和多模光纤。

光缆从型号也分为不同的种类。

进行光缆工作，我们需要对工作的内容有明确的了解。

关键词：智能变电站；光缆；施工要点1 智能变电站光缆的分类及连接方式1.1 分类电力学科将光缆定义为以光纤为传输元件的缆，一般含有加强元件及必要的护套。

光纤按光传输模式分：多模光纤和单模光纤。

多模光纤的芯较粗，芯径为50μm或62. 5μm，工作波长850nm和1310nm。

由于多模光纤模间色散随距离的增加会更加严重，因此多模光纤传输的距离较近，一般不超过2 km，而且多模光纤抗干扰性强，对光源的谱宽和稳定性要求较低，造价便宜，因此使用率高。

单模光纤的中心玻璃芯很细，芯径一般为9μm或10μm，工作波长1310nm和1550nm。

因此，其模间色散很小，适用于远程通讯，但还存在着材料色散和波导色散，这样单模光纤对光源的谱宽和稳定性有较高的要求，即谱宽要窄，稳定性要好。

由于变电站内光纤通信距离较短，一般不会超过500m，多模光纤足以满足要求；同时考虑多模光缆及其接口价格便宜，因此智能变电站除众联差动保护采用单模光纤外，其余均采用多模光纤。

1.2 连接方式光缆的连接方式主要有应急连接、活动连接、永久性连接。

应急连接，又叫冷熔。

应急连接主要是运用机械和化学的方法，将两根光纤固定并粘接在一起。

这种方法的主要特点是连接迅速且可靠，连接典型衰减为0.1~0.3dB/点。

但连接点长期使用会不稳定，衰减也会大幅度增加，所以只能短时间内应急用。

所以在智能变电站中不考虑使用这种方法。

永久性光纤连接，又叫热熔。

这种连接是用放电的方法将两根光纤的连接点熔化并连接在一起。

一般用在长途接续、永久或半永久固定连接。

其主要特点是连接衰减在所有的连接方法中最低，典型值为0.01~0.03dB/点。

连接器的基本性能连接器知识连接器的基本性能可分为三大类：即机械性能、电气性能和环境性能。

1．机械性能就连接功能而言，插拔力是重要地机械性能。

插拔力分为插入力和拔出力（拔出力亦称分离力），两者的要求是不同的。

在有关标准中有最大插入力和最小分离力规定，这表明，从使用角度来看，插入力要小（从而有低插入力LIF和无插入力ZIF的结构），而分离力若太小，则会影响接触的可靠性。

连接器的插拔力和机械寿命与接触件结构（正压力大小）接触部位镀层质量（滑动摩擦系数）以及接触件排列尺寸精度（对准度）有关。

2．电气性能连接器的主要电气性能包括接触电阻、绝缘电阻和抗电强度。

①接触电阻高质量的电连接器应当具有低而稳定的接触电阻。

连接器的接触电阻从几毫欧到数十毫欧不等。

②绝缘电阻衡量电连接器接触件之间和接触件与外壳之间绝缘性能的指标，其数量级为数百兆欧至数千兆欧不等。

③抗电强度或称耐电压、介质耐压，是表征连接器接触件之间或接触件与外壳之间耐受额定试验电压的能力。

④其它电气性能。

电磁干扰泄漏衰减是评价连接器的电磁干扰屏蔽效果，一般在100MHz~10GHz频率范围内测试。

对射频同轴连接器而言，还有特性阻抗、插入损耗、反射系数、电压驻波比（VSWR）等电气指标。

由于数字技术的发展，为了连接和传输高速数字脉冲信号，出现了一类新型的连接器即高速信号连接器，相应地，在电气性能方面，除特性阻抗外，还出现了一些新的电气指标，如串扰（crosstalk），传输延迟（delay）、时滞（skew）等。

氯气生产是高能耗的过程。

随着中国成为世界最大和发展最迅速的氯气生产国，拜耳材料科技和中国蓝星集团之间的合作将对氯碱生产带来巨大益处，其中包括可直接降低30%用电量和可间接降低等量二氧化碳的排放。

目前中国从氯化钠电解氯气的年产量约2100万吨，以此计算，利用ODC工艺可将二氧化碳排放量每年降低多达1500万吨。

Manual ON/ Auto OFF- requires lights to be manually turned ON and will automatically turn lights OFF when no occupancy is detected. Wire terminals allow for simple connection to a line-voltage circuit and are ideal for existing buildings with limited access to wiring and new construction. C05系列圆形连接器目前为16#壳体，有2+2和3+2两种接触件排列方式，接触件规格分别为20#和3mm，接触件尾端为压线式。

C05系列圆形连接器3mm接触件采用线簧孔接触结构，可承载40A电流，插拔力低，接触可靠性高，耐插拔。

C05系列圆形连接器壳体目前可提供五种键位防错插，也可提供插头装插针、插头装插孔、插座装插针或插座装插孔，为客户提供灵活的应用选择。
