No smoking! 禁止吸烟!No joking! 不要开玩笑!(2)否定的祈使句同样可以用来表示“禁止”。
Don't shout.不要喧哗。
Don't make any noise.不要吵闹。
(3)情态动词mustn't 可以表达“禁止”的概念。
如:You mustn't…You mustn't take photos of the exhibits in museums. 在博物馆,禁止给展览品拍照。
You mustn't tell it to anyone.你绝不可以把这件事告诉任何人。
(4)can't 可以表示“能力”“可能性”,也可以表示“不允许”,因此可以用来表示制止某人做某事。
如:You can't…In most museums, you can't make any noise.在大多数博物馆里,你不能吵闹。
(5)“You aren't allowed to…”也可用来表示制止对方做某事。
You are not allowed to touch the exhibits.不要触摸展览品。
2.另外,本模块还学习了if引导的条件状语从句。
(1)if 引导的条件状语从句的结构If从句+祈使句.If you want to go, please tell me.如果你想去的话,请告诉我。
If you do not feel well, go to see the doctor.如果你感觉不舒服,就去看医生吧。
在if 引导的条件状语从句中,主句用一般将来时,从句多用一般现在时表示将来,即遵循“主将从现”原则。
