大奔驰S600改装ECU如果我印象中没记错的话.这应该是国内第一台奔驰S600进行ECU的改装升级.大奔前面这个三叉怎么看起来是歪的?是我眼花还是拍照的角度??大家来鉴定。
让我们看看详细的一个过程.3.大奔驰S600.纯进口.这车在铭牌号上也没有半点动力上的说明.只标明了车重,已经载重一些信息. 大牌就是不一样,车子铭牌上的空白数据似乎在炫耀着:我是大奔,不需要看数据说明,看三叉标志就知道品质如何啦~~哈哈,以上纯属个人想象。
其他的一无所知,各位看改装过程的同学如果有兴趣的话,可以查询一下这个车的一些信息. 顺便告知:旁边白色的是BMW 728么?And 前面吊起来的那台是ML 350???期待告知。
5.港牌右舵的车子。
看习惯了左舵的。
突然看到右舵的。
极度不适应起来。
奔驰S600配置的为6.0排量V12的发动机。
290KW.扭力未知,不过估计应该是500++这款奔驰S600应该属于S600 ab 1/97的才对(如果说错了,大家请别拍砖,给予指正)。
年份是比较长久了一些。
不过似乎看起来并不像那么老的车子。
算起来车子也开了10多万公里了,做一下ECU升级。
看是不是能让车子恢复更强劲的动力。
7.奔驰S600有两块储存数据的芯片。
分别是图上所标的1和2。
这两块的数据都需要进行读取。
读取完毕后一起打包。
标注好数据属于对应的芯片。
S end to德国进行调教…然后开始漫长的等待…乌鸦飞过.. <(= ^^^^ <^(====数据返回,写入过程也必须对应芯片写入。
升级完毕。
看提升数据。
马力提升20PS.扭力达到595N.M/4050RPM。
刷ECU,给予一个计算更精确的汽车“大脑”。
起步的时候感觉相对比原程序要好很多。
油门反应变快.变轻。
破除限速10-15km.不过。
也没多少机会把S600开到那么高的速度。
DanaherMotion 驱动器S600基本设置和调试指导1 软件安装和基本设置(参看文档sr601qui_e[1].pdf)a软件下载地址:/website/com/eng/products/drives/ac_servo_drives/s600_soft ware_firmware.php软件名称:S400/S600 setup software DRIVE.exe;b安装调试软件:文件名类似如下文件:安装后电脑上图标为:c驱动器上逻辑电源24V即可进行基本设置(可不供给220V或380V电源):d按安装手册说明制作RS232串口通讯线,打开调试软件用相应串口连接驱动器,进入软件主界面;下传配置文件:首先去掉软使能:按下面的SW Disable(F12)按键;从磁盘读文件图标;然后按照提示操作下载;e 点击主界面右上角Basic Setup按钮进入驱动器基本设置界面,对驱动器进行再生电阻和供电电压及驱动器地址等设置;f 点击主界面右下角电机设置按钮进行电机的选择设置:从电机库中选择使用的电机,并选择是否带抱闸;g 点击feedback按钮,设置反馈类型和相关数据:h 打开OPMODE下的下拉菜单,选择所需的操作模式:2调试指导:(参看S400_600_tuning_e.pdf)经上述设置后,基本可运行电机了,但根据具体的负载情况,运动指标等需对控制环路进行调试,以调试速度环为例(通常需调速度环):a 点动点机:确认各项设置正确后,操作模式OPMODE选为0:Digital Speed,点击主界面右下方Enable按钮使能驱动器,然后点击工具栏中显示器标志按钮进入命令行操作方式,输入指令J 100然后回车则电机应该以100rpm的速度转动,初始速度可设置得低些如10rpm,可用指令V然后回车来查看实际速度是否为10rpm。
b点击Speed按钮弹出速度环参数界面,可对相应参数察看和设置,点击工具栏中绿色的示波器图标弹出运动曲线记录界面;c 在示波器界面中选择典型的运动方式如reversing,设置相应运动参数如速度,运行时间等,然后启动运动,记录所需观察的曲线,判断系统性能和应该如何调节,然后在速度环中调节参数,重新观察运动曲线,判断所作参数改变对性能产生的影响,然后重新确定该如何调解参数,重复调节参数和观察曲线,直到认为达到要求;d 速度环主要调解参数如下:KP:速度环的比例增益,增益越大,刚性越强,但太大时电机会振荡,所以调节时须注意逐步增大;Tn:速度环积分时间常数,通常在10-100之间,积分时间常数越小,积分作用越强,系统动态和稳态跟踪会更好,但阶跃响应超调会变大,当积分时间常数太小时如2-5,也会引起电机振荡,有响声,积分时间常数设成0时为关掉积分项;PID-T2:为一阶滤波器常数,通常在0-1之间,此参数可用来虑掉干扰波动和噪声,但当设置过大时会降低响应速度;PI-PLUS:为速度环前馈参数,默认为1为不加前馈,当加前馈时其值通常为0.65左右,需根据调试效果来确定;Setp.Ramp:为速度指令的加减速时间,其含义为当速度从0加速到所设定的速度限制值时的时间,如下图中速度限制值设定为600rpm,则其含义为加速度为10ms加速到600rpm;Overspeed:用来设定超速报警限制,当速度超过此值时驱动器报警,停止电机运行;注:软件中各界面都可通过按F1键来获得在线帮助,得到界面中个参数的意义,范围,如何设置等;把鼠标放在相应的位置也可显示此处的参数ASCII命令名称,可在软件帮助文档中找到其意义,范围和如何设置等信息(参看文档S600_drivesoftware_manual_srhmi_e.pdf 和ASCII 600 D.chm):附1:固件FW更新升级(参看download_e.pdf):a 安装固件下载软件,软件下载地址为:/website/com/eng/products/drives/ac_servo_drives/s600_soft ware_firmware.php软件名称:Servostar 300/400/600/700 Firmaware and Motor Database Download Tool;下载后文件为:安装后计算机界面图标为:b 打开软件,选择对应的驱动器类型图标S600,选择要下载的固件文件例6rel.668,选择固件版本大于4.0,勾上enable binary transfer前面的选择框;c 确保驱动器主电源断开(220V或380V交流电没供),然后点击download按钮开始下载固件,此时会出现下载进度条,大约10分钟左右能下载完,下载成功后重新启动驱动器即可使用。

The ground must be level and smooth.For best results the use of axle extensions and a “BAZOOKA ” type king pin post, or a suitable optical alignment device are recommended. Align the front axle by lengthening or shortening adjustable torque arm (located on left side of trailer) with the king pin as shown in the sketch.When the axles are aligned to +/- 1/8" tighten the 5⁄8" torque arm clamp nuts on the front axle to 125-150 FP (170-205 NM).Tighten the older 3⁄4" torque arm clamp nuts to 175-200 FP (240-275 NM), if so equipped.Align the rear axle with the front axle to +/- 1/16".NOTE: Left side and right side axlemeasurements should be equal to within +/- 1⁄16". 近期,两位来自日本的改装大师重新定义了
K1600GTL这款豪华旅行车。
要知道面对这台集当今科技于一身的K1600GTL,对于任何一位改装大师来讲都像噩梦一般。
因为想要彻底颠覆原有设计的外观,电子减震、牵引力控制、光是这些电子系统就制约了改装范围,牵一发而动全身得到了很好的应验。
可以看出Keiji Kawakita的作品具有典型的蒸汽朋克风格,在沿用了原有车架和悬挂之后,整个车身被全手工铝制车壳所覆盖,油箱两侧安装了四块具备功能的黄铜材质仪表。
车头部分神似R1200GS的鸟嘴设计
沿用了仪表和大部分电子功能
雾灯成为了全车唯一光源
黄铜材质的转速表和水温表
KenjiNagai对K1600GTL进行了大刀阔斧的改造,最终打造出了具有Drag Bike风格的作品。
原厂17寸轮毂被替换成前23寸后20寸。
包括座垫在内全车大量采用了铝制部件。

今天有幸三部AMG居首,两部C63 一部CLS63C63将通过德国techtec的ECU改装,提升约90hp的马力,和95牛米的扭矩。
并去掉枷锁,解除限速!!!CLS63观望。
因为CLS63只能增加25hp 28牛米扭矩,解除限速,相对于C63的升级,显得不划算!!主角1登场主角2如此先进的车型,ECU却还是老样子。
于旧型的E240或280类似。
需要拆下操作通过探针读取和写入数据中间还有一部标志的206 1.6也来一起搞搞程序的文件夹由于天气较热,这一颗bosch的ECU在写入程序时需要足够的冷却,所以之前已经用空调吹了很久!!顺利写入之后,做好密封处理,就可以试车了!!!准备去体验一下释放的野性!!高速路入口。
加满油!!出发。
一股莫名的力把我紧紧压靠在座椅上。
瞬间,车速表清晰的指示200km/h。
继续。
强劲的动力伴随着野兽怒吼般的排气声浪源源不断的被输送出来。
原本打算拍摄一小段视频留做第一次体验极速纪念的念头。
立刻放弃了,我只是本能的伸直腿,目不转睛的注视着前方。
此时,我身边的车主说:我有点害怕了。
随即车速减低,我看了一下。
时速280km/h。
我说好!!!忽然,由远及近犹如电光火石般的另一部C63用极速从我们车旁边唰。
的一下过去。
只感到车子微微一抖。
接下来,前方应急车道停下来,大家抽支烟冷静下,回味一下体验极速的快感!!聊天得知,刚刚哪一部后来赶上的车,在超过我们的时候,车速已经310km/h。
休息之后,换车换人。
往回开。
这一次,刚刚那位害怕了的车主,也在鬼都没有一个的高速路上面跑到300km/h左右,终于满足了他的极速愿望。
我们又回到最开始出发的高速路口。
停好车,休息一下。
这时,我注意到就在我们拍照的地方另外一个方向,停放着一台面目全非的搭载8A引擎的轿车。
