考研英语一2017作文
It was a cold and rainy day, but that didn't stop me
from going out for a run. The sound of raindrops hitting
the pavement was strangely soothing, and the cool air felt
refreshing as I picked up my pace. Running has always been
my way of clearing my mind and relieving stress, and today
was no different.
As I ran, I couldn't help but think about the upcoming
exams. The pressure was starting to build, and I knew I
needed to find a way to stay focused and motivated. I made
a mental note to set aside dedicated study time each day,
and to also make time for activities that bring me joy and
relaxation.
After my run, I headed to the library to pick up some
new books. Reading has always been a passion of mine, and I
find that immersing myself in a good story helps me to
escape from the pressures of everyday life. I made a mental
note to carve out more time for reading, even if it meant sacrificing some social activities.
As I sat down to study, I couldn't shake the feeling of
anxiety that had been lingering in the back of my mind. I
knew that I needed to find a way to manage my stress and
stay positive. I made a mental note to practice mindfulness
and meditation, and to also reach out to friends and family
for support when I needed it.
As the days passed, I found myself feeling more and
more confident and prepared for the exams. I had followed
through on my plans to study, read, and take care of my
mental and emotional well-being. I knew that no matter what
the outcome of the exams would be, I had done everything in
my power to set myself up for success.
In the end, the exams came and went, and I felt a sense
of relief and accomplishment. I had faced the challenge
head-on and had come out on the other side stronger and
more resilient. I made a mental note to carry this positive
mindset forward into whatever challenges the future may
hold.
