2019 浙江省专升本考试大纲出炉考试科目和时间本次专升本考试将于 4 月 14 日举行，考试科目包括高等数学、大学语文和英语三门。
报考文史、法学、教育、艺术这四个招考类其余考生，考试科目为大学语文和英语；报考理工、经管、农学、医学四个类其余考生，考试科目为高等数学和英语。
各科满分均为 150 分。
详尽考试时间安排以下：考试大纲大学语文一、核查总目标一般高校“专升本”统考科目《大学语文》主要观察考生识记、理解、解析综合、鉴赏议论、表达应用和研究六种水平，详尽分为基础知识（语言知识、文学及合用文知识）和基本水平（阅读水平、写作水平）两大方面。
二、核查内容（一）基础知识1．语言知识（1）能够识记、理解常用的文言词语，掌握文言文作品中词类活用、一词多义、通假字、古今字等语言现象及常有的特别句式，能够推行简单的文言今译。
（2）能够正确地使用汉字，识记和讲解现代作品中的疑难词语（不含科技术语），认识汉语语法规范，掌握正确、简短、连结、得体、鲜亮、生动的语言表达方法。
（3）掌握文言文、现代文中常有的修辞手法。
2．文学知识（1）掌握古今中外重要作家、代表作品的基本情况。
如作家的时代、国别、字号、代表作、诗文集名称、文学主张、艺术成就等；代表作品的出处、编著年代、基本内容、主要特色和在文学的地位等。
（2）认识文学史中出现的重要文学门派和文学现象。
（3）默写常有的名句名篇。
（详见背诵篇目）3.合用文知识掌握基本的合用文体的语言要求及规范的写作格式、写作要求，包括《国家行政机关公文办理方法》规定的十三种公务文书及声明、启事、证明、介绍信、求职信、演讲稿（含欢迎词、欢送词、酬报词等）、商函、计划（策划书）、总结、检查报告等事务文书。
（二）基础水平1．阅读水平（1）认识作品的题材，正确划分作品的段落层次，理解并归纳段落马虎及作品的主旨。
（2）能正确地解析一篇作品（文学及合用文）的资料、表现手法和表达技巧，能联系作品说明常有辞格的修辞作用。

各有关院校：
现将2012年专升本分校分类别分专业招生计划和“2+2”分校分专业招生计划公布，并就有关事项通知如下：
一、计划公布后，未经浙江省教育考试院同意，各招生院校不得擅自调整招生计划。
二、本次计划按录取类别公布。
部分院校根据本校相关专业的培养需要，在部分专业中对考生提出了高职阶段所学专业或专业加试的要求，并已在备注中注明，符合条件的考生可以报考。
没有备注说明的，表示该录取类别的所有考生均可报考。
三、请各院校及时通知本校有报考意向并符合报考条件的考生。

2019中国美术学院成人高考招生简章中国美术学院（China Academy of Art）是中国第一所综合性的国立高等艺术学府，由中华人民共和国教育部、中华人民共和国文化部和浙江省人民政府共建，是中国美术学国家重点学科所在地，首批国家“双一流”世界一流学科建设高校。
中国美术学院继续教育学院（前身为中国美术学院成人教育学院，成立于1993年，2008年更名），在二十六年的办学过程中，为社会培养和输送了大量的美术人才。
统一归口管理中国美术学院成人教育及各类高层次专业培训。

一．招生专业方向：共有绘画、设计、公共艺术、传媒动画等学科领域15个专业课程。
包括书法、中国画（山水、花鸟）、油画、雕塑、视觉传达设计、环境艺术设计、陶瓷艺术设计、首饰艺术设计、服装设计、影视动画等。
我院2019年招生专业如下：二．招生对象和条件：年龄满18周岁，报考高起本或专科的考生应具有高中（含中专、职高、技校）毕业文化程度或同等学力。
报考专升本的考生必须是已取得经教育部审定核准的国民教育系列高等学校、高等教育自学考试机构颁发的专科毕业证书、本科结业证书或以上证书的人员。
三．报名(文化课+专业课)1．成人高考文化课报名：（▲外省考生报考我院，必须参加浙江省成人高考。
）分网上报名和现场确认两个步骤。
（具体时间请于8月底9月初登陆我院网站或浙江省教育考试院网查看）网上报名：9月初（考生登陆浙江省教育考试院网进行网上报名（报名成功之后生成网上报名号，必须牢记）。
（提醒：2018年网上报名时间为9月10日开始）现场确认：必须由考生本人携带身份证、网上报名号前往确认点确认，不能由他人代替。

一、严格执行考试治理规定，严肃考风考纪，确保考试安全。
考试安全是考试招生工作的第一要务。
各招生院校要高度重视，严格执行考试治理工作规定，制订具体实施方法，认真落实安全保密各项要求，杜绝试卷命制、印刷、运输、保管等过程中责任事故的发生，确保试卷安全万无一失。
要加强考试工作的制度化、规范化、精细化治理，工作人员未经培训不得上岗。
二、加大信息公布力度，完善监督制度，确保公平选拔。
信息公布是结果公平的基础，也是对过程公平的有力监督。
要认真贯彻公平竞争、公平选拔、公布透亮原那么，加大信息公布力度，做到招生打算、考试大纲、录用规那么、录用结果信息公布，确保考生可在选拔考试各时期了解和查询到相关信息。
强化内部监督，各院校纪检部门要对选拔考试录用工作全程参与、全程监督。
招生高校不得举办任何形式的辅导班。
各举荐学校要严格把关，严禁弄虚作假。
对在选拔过程中显现舞弊等违法、违规行为，一经查实，参照教育部有关规定予以严肃处理。
三、做好宣传发动工作。
各招生院校要切实结合本校相关招生专业特色，拓展宣传渠道，加大宣传力度，吸引优秀考生报考。
其他院校要从大局动身，主动做好优秀学生的宣传发动工作，积极配合招生院校共同做好这项改革试点工作。
2021年起，专升本将实行平行理想，具体方案另行公布。

“中高职一体化”职业教育招生专业、招生计划由举办的高职院校和挂钩中职学校共同研究，并征得所在地发改和教育部门同意，由高职院校汇总上报。
各校在编制生源计划时要考虑地区平衡，根据设区市中职教育专业结构布局情况，合理安排跨设区市招生计划数。
“中高职一体化”五年制职业教育专业原则上是行业岗位技术含量较高，专业技能训练周期较长，技能熟练程度要求较高，适合中高职统筹培养，社会需求相对稳定的人才培养规格和工作要求。
中职学校招生专业一般应为具有优势和特色的专业，高职院校招生专业原则上需有一届以上毕业生，每校控制申报专业数量。
学生学籍管理、奖助学、收费等政策由高职院校与中职学校根据国家、省有关规定协商后在招生前告知学生。

浙江省专升本专业对照表附件1浙江省选拔高职高专毕业生进入本科学习工作实施细则一、招生计划1.招生院校我省各类全日制本科普通高校，包括公办院校、民办院校、独立学院，经批准均可开展专升本招生。
2.计划安排各招生院校根据省教育厅下达的专升本招生规模，编制分类分专业计划报省教育考试院统一公布。
如遇合格生源不足，可将剩余计划转入普通高校统一招生计划。
本科院校在安排招生计划时，原则上按照《浙江省专升本各类别所含专业对照表（）》（见附件2，以下简称《对照表》）的对应关系，确定招考类别及对应的高职阶段所学专业要求；部分专业确有需要的，经同意后，也可根据实际情况提出适当缩小对应的高职专业范围等特殊要求。
英语不再作为统一报考条件，但学校可根据专业需要设英语CET三级或高职高专英语应用能力A级以上要求，并在省统一向社会公布的招生计划中注明。
学校不设单科成绩要求。
二、招考类别根据专业对口原则，高职和本科专业分为文史、理工、经管、法学、教育、农学、医学、艺术八个招考类别（见附件2）。
三、报考条件1.我省各级各类全日制普通高校高职高专应届毕业。
2.遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律。
3.身体健康，各专业身体要求按教育部等三部委的《普通高等学校招生体检工作指导意见》执行。
四、报名与填报志愿实行网上远程报名和填报志愿。
1.符合条件的学生需于3月17日至21日期间，以真实身份登录浙江教育考试网（.net）报名系统，取得注册号，并按要求如实填写各项报名信息，选择招考类别，填报志愿。
考生可自行在系统里上传一张本人照片（要求：近期正面免冠、白底、彩色，证件照片格式标准，以本人身份证号命名，JPG格式，尺寸规格：最小160*120，最大192*144）。
考生只能选择一个招考类别，具体类别根据考生高职高专阶段所学专业，按《对照表》确定。
每个考生可填报8个志愿，每个志愿包括一个院校和一个专业。
考生只能在本人所选定的招考类别内填报志愿，跨类别填报的志愿无效。
