冰箱压缩机的COP值的含义压缩机的COP是指压缩机的输出功率(制冷量)与输入功率(消耗的电功率W)的比值,COP值越高,表示压缩机的效率越高,电冰箱就越省电。
常用压缩机的COP值一般在1.1—1.5之间。
出口压力越低,制冷量是一定会大的,这个压力就相当于冷凝压力(略大些),膨胀阀那里节流就要靠冷凝压力和蒸发压力的压力差才能正常工作(必须保证有足够的冷媒供给蒸发器),如果冷凝压力太小,就建立不起足够的压差,可能只有部分冷媒供给蒸发器,那样就会造成制冷非正常工作,这个压力按我们设计必须要11kg(最小值),低了就不正常了,还有一个重要原因就是油也要这个压力差才能回去的,不然你压缩机就要严重磨损甚至报废(少油)R22也是烷烃的卤代物,学名二氟一氯甲烷,标准蒸发温度约为-41℃,凝固温度约为-160℃,冷凝压力同氨相似,单位容积标准制冷量约为454kcal/m3。

氟里昂22(CHF2CL,R22):是氟里昂制冷剂中应用较多的一种,主要以家用空调和低温冰箱中采用。
R22的热力学性能与氨相近。
标准气化温度为-40.8℃,通常冷凝压力不超过1.6MPa。

R22的单位容积比R12约高60%,其低温时单位容积制冷量和饱和压力均高于R12和氨。
近年来对大型空调冷水机组的冷媒大都采用R134a来代替。

压缩机的接线原理图RSIR CSR1.在压缩机的上面有3根接线柱、分别是S、M、C,其中S是启动绕组、M是运行绕组、C是公共端.运行与启动端阻值最大;启动与公共端阻值中等;运行与公共端阻值最小注:1 ---- 热保护继电器 2 ---- 启动继电器 3 ---- 工作电容 4 ---- 启动电容M—C ---- 主线圈M---C ---- 启动线圈接线时用万能表找出电阻最大的两个脚,剩下的那一只脚是中心抽头接零线,再找出与中心抽头电阻小的那一个脚,接保护器至电源,剩下的那只脚接电容。
维修中常遇到压缩机用四线接双电容的PTC启动器损坏,在买不到原机配件情况下,完全可以自己代换。
原机启动器是两个ptc组合在一起的。
图中ptc1和运转电容c1(容量小的是运转电容)并联,ptc2和启动电容c2(容量大的是启动电容)串联。
弄清了接线原理就可以动手改制了,实际代换可用2只普通的ptc接到电路中,处理好绝缘即可。
压缩机好坏测量:2.用万用表测量其阻值、其中SC和MC之间的阻值加起来等于MS之间的阻值就是正常了,比如SC之间的阻值是5欧、MC之间的阻值是3.5欧、那么MS之间的阻值就是8.5欧(允许有一点偏差,但不会很大)。
如果阻值偏移过大,或者3者之间没有阻值、那么这个压缩机肯定是坏的!!3.有的时候、用万用表测量是正常的、但压缩机内部短路是测量不出来的。
最简单的办法就是、用万用表量一下有没有通上电,如果通上电了不启动的话、你可以更换一个启动电容(50UF)的、如果还不启动的话、那么就是压缩机坏了!压缩机三端端子的判定4压缩机是一个单相的。
如果说明书中电路图没有标明,那只能用万用表测量电阻了。
万用表电阻低档,分别每两个头测量电阻共三次,有一次电阻最大,那剩下的那个就是公共线,接电源零线。
和公共线电阻小的是主绕阻,接电源火线,和电容的一端。
剩下那个是运行绕阻,接电容剩的那端。

压缩机需注意的固定项目
中国整理:压缩机(compressor),将低压气体提升为高压的一种从动的流体机械。
是制冷系统的心脏,它从吸气管吸入低温低压的制冷剂气体,通过电机运转带动活塞对其进行压缩后,向排气管排出高温高压的制冷剂气体,为制冷循环提供动力,从而实现压缩冷凝膨胀蒸发(吸热)的制冷循环。
压缩机在启动时,电机的电流会比额定电流高5-6倍,不但会影响电机的使用寿命而且消耗较多的电量.系统在设计时在电机选型上会留有一定的余量,电机的速度是固定不变的,但在实际使用过程中,有时要以较低或者较高的速度运行,因此进行变频改造是非常有必要的。
变频器可实现电机软启动、通过改变设备输入电压频率达到节能调速的目的,而且能给设备提供过流、过压、过载等保护功能。
压缩机运转过程中,有一些固定项目需要注意和检查,主要表现在以下几点。
1、润滑油的压力、温度和供油情况。
油压在送入分配管系之前不得低于1公斤/厘米2。
曲轴箱或机身内润滑油油湿应为:有十字头的压缩机不得超过60℃。
无十字头的不得超过70℃。
2、压缩机运转平稳,各运动部件声音应正常。
3、测量进、出口水温和检查冷却水供应情况,冷却水不允许断续地流和有气泡及堵塞等现象。
冷却水排水温度不得超过40℃。
4、各连接法兰部分,轴封,进、排气伐、气缸盖和水套等,不得漏气、漏油、漏水。
5、进、排气伐的工作应正常,安全伐灵敏。
6、各连接部分不得有松动现象。
7、测量各级排气温度和压力数值应符合各技术条件的规定。
8、电动机发热情况及电流值应符合规定。

其齿面凸起的转子称为阳转子,齿面凹下的转子称为阴转子。
转子的齿相当于活塞,转子的齿槽、机体的内壁面和两端端盖等共同构成的工作容积,相当于气缸。
机体的两端设有成对角线布置的吸、排气孔口。
随着转子在机体内的旋转运动,使工作容积由于齿的侵入或脱开而不断发生变化,从而周期性地改变转子每对齿槽间的容积,来达到吸气、压缩和排气的目的。
互相啮合的转子,在每个运动周期内,分别有若干个相同的工作容积依次进行相同的工作过程,这一工作容积,称为基元容积。
它由转子中的一对齿面、机体内壁面和端盖所形成。
只需研究其中一个工作容积的整个工作循环,就能了解压缩机工作的全貌。
螺杆式制冷压缩机的运转过程从吸气过程开始,然后气体在密封的基元容积中被压缩,最后由排气孔口排出。
阴、阳转子和机体之间形成的呈"V"字型的一对齿间容积(基元容积)的大小,随转子的旋转而变化,同时,其空间位置也不断移动。
图1表示了基元容积的工作过程。
图1(1)吸气过程转子旋转时,阳转子的一个齿连续地脱离阴转子的一个齿槽,齿间容积逐渐扩大,并和吸气孔口连通,气体经吸气孔口进齿间容积,直到齿间容积达到最大值时,与吸气孔口断开,齿间容积封闭,吸气过程结束,如图3-1(a)所示。
值得注意的是,此时阳和阴转子的齿间容积彼此并不连通。
(2)压缩过程转子继续旋转,在阴、阳转子齿间容积连通之前,阳转子齿间容积中的气体,受阴转子齿的侵入先行压缩;经某一转角后,阴、阳转子齿间容积连通,形成"V"字形的齿间容积对(基元容积),随两转子齿的互相挤入,基元容积被逐渐推移,容积也逐渐缩小,实现气体的压缩过程,如图3-1(b)所示。
