1. 引言 祝贺你购买了METREL d.d 公司生产的接地-绝缘测试仪及其附件。我们也很高兴能为您提供用于建筑物安装中接地电阻和绝缘电阻绝对测试的高级专业测试设备。该仪表是凭籍多年接地电阻和电气装置测试仪表的丰富经验设计并制造的。
1.1. 概述 接地-绝缘测试仪是一种专业性强、多功能、便携式测试仪。它可以测试接地电阻、绝缘电阻以及保护导体的连续性,并符合欧洲标准EN 61557。该测试仪还可用于其它多种不同的测试和测量。
该仪表装配有舒适操作仪表所必须的所有附件。仪表保存在一个软的携带包里,并与内附的附件隔离。
接地-绝缘测试仪的电子元件采用SMD工艺,因此实际上无需维修。量身订制的背景照明LCD显示屏,使得主要结果以及大量的中间测量结果、参数和信息的阅读轻而易举。该仪表操作方法简单、直观,使用者不必参加任何专门的培训。
使用者想要精通接地-绝缘测试仪的所有测试功能(每种测试的目的、测试原理、极限值等等),建议阅读内附手册《电气安装测量理论与实践》。
使用专用PC软件,将测试结果和其它参数传送到PC机非常简单,并可快速建立最终测量记录。

1.2. 警告 为了达到最高的操作者安全,在使用接地-绝缘测试仪进行不同的测量和测试时,应象保护设备不被损坏一样保护操作者的安全,所以有必要注意以下一般性警告:
如果用本使用手册规定以外的方法操作,可能会损坏测试仪提供的保护装置! 禁止使用发现有任何损害的测试仪和附件! 如果保险丝烧断,按使用手册中的说明进行更换! 维修和校准只能由有资格或经授权的专业人员进行! 为了避免危险电压作业时的电击危险,应注意所有的通用安全预防规程! 只可以使用由您的销售商供应的标准或任选测试电缆! - 4 -
