二.实际测试1.PCB电路板视图:2.晶振单体重测:A.(不良品SJK 晶振):B.(TXC&鸿星晶振):测试结果显示:不良品晶振单体OK,各参数在规格范围内。
与TXC&鸿星晶振进行对比分析可知,SJK晶振单体频率偏负。
X1:3225-25MHz-20pf1#、2#为TXC 晶振;3#、4#为鸿星晶振;CRYSTAL TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRIAL CO.,LTD3.PCB板测试:1>.PCB板电路原晶振及原匹配,测试数据如下:1#FL=-19.4PPM2#FL=-20.0PPM2>.将贵司提供的TXC和鸿星晶振分别更换到PCB板上测试,测试数据如下:1#(TXC晶振)FL=-11.5PPM2#(TXC晶振)FL=-8.8PPM3#(鸿星晶振)FL=-5.5PPM4#(鸿星晶振)FL=-7.6PPM3>.另取2pcs3225-25MHz-20pf±10ppm晶振样品进行验证,测试数据如下:*样品晶振单体检测:CRYSTAL TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRIAL CO.,LTD1#FL=-8.3PPM 2#FL=-6.9PPM三.结论:由以上测试结果可知:电路板上2pcs晶振单体测试是OK的,各参数在规格范围内。
通过对比分析,贵司反馈的频率偏负现象根本原因为晶振规格参数范围±20ppm较宽,部分晶振单体频率偏负致使晶振上板后输出频率偏负,不满足贵司要求。
