作为当代青年，我们须怀揣一份社会责任感，从前人手中接过复兴民族，繁荣国家的历史使命。

看今日之青年，有伊拉克运动员侯赛因争以生命的名义奔跑;有兰迪教授用人生的最后一堂课来诠释生命最纯朴的价值;有文花枝、洪战辉感动中国的义举;有四川大地震之后，几十万人的救援队伍;有为国家利益摇旗呐喊的“愤青”;还有北京奥运会那支朝气蓬勃的青年志愿者队伍。

他们正用行动向世人展示青年人对社会的热忱。

如果说人人心中都已有了强烈的社会责任感，哪还会说出“花三百万种死你”这样嚣张，愚昧的话来;哪里还有在灾难临头之际，放弃自己的学生，作第一个逃兵的老师;哪里还会有为获取利益而不顾消费者健康的厂商?然而，在我们这个充斥着功利主义、拜金主义的社会里，这些都是事实。
