eg. other student.二者之间可以转换,Eg. What other things can you see ? == What else can you see?4、everyone 与every one 辨析everyone只能指人,意为“人人,每人”后接“in+集体名词”every one 即可指人,也可指物。

【辨析】join in与take part injoin in “参加;加入(活动)”,指参加某项活动,加游戏、讨论等。
take part in “参加,参与(某事)”指参加某些活动,并在其中起积极作用。
回顾:join“加入某一组织,成为其中一员”,特别注意join是短暂性动词,不能用于延续性表达。

1)wonder 的用法
n. 作名词,意为 “奇迹”、“奇观”、 “奇事”等。
如:
The pyramids are one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
v.作动词,表示“想知道”相当于want to know,常见用法有:
1.后接wh-,how等引导的宾语从句。
如:I ________ how long the Great Wall is.
2. 后接if / whether 引导的宾语从句,用于有礼貌的询问。

3. 后接“疑问词+ 不定式”构成的短语。
