掌握:常规高尔夫比赛规则1.界外(OB)「界外」系禁止打球之地区,常以界桩或围篱标示。
界外之界限应以界桩(不含支架)或围篱内侧最靠近地面点决定。
如在地上以标线标示界外时,界外线系垂直向上向下延伸,且线之本身即作界外论。
界外(OB)是指球场界线以外的区域或被委员会标定为界线以外的球场的任何部分。
注意点:1、标示界外的物体视为球场的固定物体,不是妨碍物。
2、界外由标示界外的物体的内侧限定,界外线本身是属于界外的。
3、只有当球的整体位于界外时,才称界外球。
4、可以站在界外打界内的球。

2.遗失球下列情况即可认定为「遗失球」:a.球员或其同队、或彼等之球童在开始找球后五分钟,仍找不到球;或是虽经找到,但球员无法辨认是否为其所用之球;b.球员按规则已用另一球当作比赛球,而未寻找其原球;c.球员已自可能为原球所在地,或较原球位靠球洞之点击出代替球,因此该代替球即成为比赛球代替球原球可能在水障碍以外遗失、出界而了以代替之球,称为「代替球」。

如认为系障碍内遗失者,必须有之证据证明球确落入障碍内;如无确定之证据时,则应视为遗失球,按规则处理之。
d.如球落入、触及或遗失在水障碍中(不管球是否位於水中),球员要受一杆之处罚,并依下列方法处理:(1).尽可能在接近上次击球之原位打次一杆。
(2).在原球最后通过该水障碍边缘之一点与球间之直线,於水障碍后方抛球,至於应离水障碍后方多远处抛球并无限制。

用球标或一个小的硬币放在球后,当轮到你推击时,将小球放在拿起前的原始位置。
如果球标正好在同组球员的推击线上,要询问对方是否需要把球标移开,如果需要,找一棵树或某一固定物体作为参照物,将球标向远离推击线的方向移动一个或两个杆头距离。
记住,推击时将小球移回原位。
2如何耙沙离开沙坑前,球手应该仔细平整好在沙坑留下的坑穴和足迹。
整理沙坑的方法是,人倒退出沙坑,用耙子将你前方的沙子后拉再前推,使整理过的区域与沙坑其他区域保持平整。
注意,下图中将沙坑拉出一条沙痕的做法是错误的。
另外,进入沙坑时应该由距球最近点进入,这样可以将沙坑的破坏程度降到最低。
最后,将耙子放在沙坑外。
3球痕和打痕的修复当球落在果岭上时,会留下球痕,即时修理就会减少对果岭造成的损害。
球痕修理是个技术活儿,有插、挑、压、挤四步,具体方法是:1)将球插或Tee插入球痕周围,将球痕处压实的地方弄得松软;2)将球痕处多余的土挑出;3)再用球插轻压挑出的地方;4)用球插从球痕周围向中心挤,使周围的草皮向中心靠拢。
最后用杆头将松土轻轻地压平,使其与周围的草持平。
在球道挥击时,常常留下打痕,修复方法是:将打出去的草皮拿回,填补到打痕处,用沙子在打痕周围洒一圈,填满缝隙,最后用脚或推杆杆头将其压平。
4旗杆的照管当同组所有人都上果岭后,落球点最近的人负责照管旗杆。
询问落球点最远的人是否需要扶持旗杆,如果不需要,将旗杆拔出放在不影响推击的地方。
如果需要,落球点最近的人应该站在洞边,手抓住果岭旗的一角,扶持住旗杆,当球向球洞滚来时将旗杆拿走,以免球打在旗杆上。
1、笼统的规则,其实大多数的比赛都是组织方或者高尔夫协会来制定。
规则是需要人去遵守的,所以主要还是靠大家的自觉精神来完成。
2、礼貌方面,挥杆和打球时要注意安全。
防止伤害事故的发生。
不影响他人打球,不拖延时间。
打完一杆后应认真修复场地。
3、发球方面,高尔夫是一项非常讲究礼仪的运动,因此,打球的时候千万不要迟到,如果迟到了,迟到5分钟以内,要加罚两杆。
击球顺序,按比赛的规定的顺序进行,也可双方自行调整,如猜拳,抽签等方式。
正式挥杆但没打到球,应算一杆。
球从球座上落下,在原位打算第二杆。
球从新放在球座上算第三杆。
发球时球必须放在发球区域的球座上面。
4、球道方面规则,击球顺序应由离球洞较远的人先打。
错打了别人的球应被罚两杆。
球坏了,应向他人或者对手说明,没有说明换球罚一杆。
偷摸换罚两杆。
球到了没法打的地方,可以和对方说明罚一队把球拿出来。
在远离球洞的地方,以两杆为半径的范围内抛球。
为了找自己的球,触碰了场地障碍物并移动了球罚一杆。
5分钟内找不到球则视为遗球,需重新到原位上打并加罚一杆。
打球或空挥时折断树枝,要罚两杆。
球打在自己的推车或球袋上,罚两杆。
击球时,若连击,算两杆。
5、障碍区方面规则,在沙坑中,准备打球时,球杆碰到了沙子要罚两杆。
球进入水域障碍区,要罚一杆,然后在进水切点的水域障碍区外面抛球。
如果坚持水中击球,不罚杆。
高尔夫2012年新规修订解析 来源:新浪竞技风暴 高尔夫运动的一大特殊在于没有裁判,不会有人对着你吹哨,然而世界上却难以有运动像高尔夫这般拥有厚厚一本规则。有人说,《高尔夫规则》使这项运动变得伟大,不断考验与培养参与者的自律。由全球两大最权威高尔夫机构R&A和USGA共同制定的《高尔夫规则》每4年修改一次,被美国媒体称为相对仁慈的新规则将在2012年1月1日起执行,这本牵动所有球员和球友神经的规则又迎来哪些变化? 修订一:击球准备 2008版《高尔夫规则》的“击球准备”(Addressing the Ball)指当球员做好站位、球杆接触地面时,即为做好了“击球准备”,但在沙坑区内,球杆不能碰到地面,当球员做好站位时即为击球准备。2012版要求不管是否做好站位,一旦球杆着地便视为完成了击球准备(无论球杆位于小球哪个方位);此外,因为在沙坑区内击球前不能用球杆触沙,沙坑中击球没有“击球准备”。 可见在“击球准备”定义中,两个版本还是有明显区别,众所周知站位是影响击球好坏的关键,如果让球杆先触地则不管何种站位都必须视为击球,普通球友可以先控制好球杆再做站位,以保证击球的有利站位。 修订二:球的运动影响 2012版《高尔夫规则》1-2是对球的运动施加影响或改变击球的物理条件(Exerting Influence on Movement of Ball orAltering Physical Conditions)。新版本的阐述是:如果一名球员故意更改球的运动轨迹或改变球的物理条件则是不允许的,如果没有触及其他规则就执行1-2。例如球员故意改善自己的球位属于违反规则13-2,应该按照13-2进行2杆处罚,此时不用再理会1-2;但如果13-2故意改善别人的球位可执行1-2。 相比2008版《高尔夫规则》,2012版并没有明显变化,只是增加例子进行了更为详细的说明,因此对整个赛季球员并不会产生较大影响。 修订三:出发时间 规则6-3a对球员出发时间进行了修改。如果球员在同组开球时间的5分钟内迟到,按照原来的规则将被残酷地取消比赛资格,然而2012版是将“取消资格”减轻为“第一洞负(比洞赛)”或“第一洞罚2杆(比杆赛)”。如此新规的修订表现了R&A和USGA的宽容态度。 近几年,球员因迟到而惨被DQ的现象引发了诸多争议,如此的惩罚被批“过于苛刻”,连大牌球星也无可避免,其中最令人印象深刻的是2010年发生在吉姆·福瑞克身上的案例。当时的福瑞克处于世界第三,在参加由Ridgewood Country Club举办的美巡巴莱克精英赛职业业余配对赛上,因迟到5分钟而被DQ,此事件引起了众多关注。福瑞克回忆当时称设定手机闹钟,结果手机没电没有闹醒他,直到7:23分才醒来,当他皮带没系、袜子没穿于7:35分出现在球场第11洞时,虽然只晚了5分钟,组委会还是发布了取消他比赛资格的通知。当时福瑞克向媒体表示:“我把自己DQ了,我太愚蠢,不能责怪别人。”虽然福瑞克以自嘲面对惩罚,但这件事还是引起了公众和其他球员的不满,“左手怪杰”米克森就大胆向规则提出抗议:“迟到5分钟就被DQ不见得就是绝对的公平,对参赛球员和赞助商没有好处,一位具有实力的球员就这样轻易被取消资格,不利于整体竞争氛围,也会降低比赛档次。因此,我反对这条规则。”显然米克森的言论引起了美巡官员的重视,在福瑞克被DQ的第6天,美巡对外宣布“赛季余下的比赛将暂停实施这项规定,年底则会对其进行全盘审核。” 富有趣味意义的是,米克森很快得到这项“赦免”的恩惠,随后不久米克森参加2010年新加坡公开赛就迟到了,幸而是在5分钟以内不用再被DQ,仅仅是受到2杆的惩罚。 其实同样在2010年,冯珊珊就因迟到给中国高尔夫一个深刻的教训。她在参加LPGA大满贯赛纳比斯科锦标赛因迟到被DQ,她虽然很懊恼,但还是静下心来进行了反思,并写下:“高尔夫是一项自己跟自己竞赛的运动,尤其讲究公平、诚信和自律。不骄不躁、沉着冷静、持之以恒,这是蕴藏于高尔夫运动中的哲理,更是深刻的人生智慧。作为一名职业高尔夫球员,应该将对待高尔夫运动的态度和精神,同样用于生活中。从这一次的处罚中,我得到了很大的教训,也学到了很多东西。当然,我也希望我的过错能让大家引起重视,引以为戒,避免类似的事情再次发生。” 经过近一年的试验和考虑,R&A和USGA终于将5分钟内迟到不被DQ的决定加入2012新规中,这可谓众望所归。每个人都知道不迟到是球员必然遵守的准则,但意外永远不可避免,合理宽容将更保护球员公平的竞争环境。 修订四:球场寻球 规则12-1对找球进行了修订,更为清晰明了:(i)球员可以在球场任何地方、地点寻找小球,如果球被沙子覆盖导致球产生移动是不用罚杆的;(ii)在障碍区寻找被散置障碍物覆盖的球时如果移动球要罚1杆。 尤其要注意2012版12-1(ii)的规定,因为这个行为在2008版并不受罚。“散置障碍物”就要提防树叶等物体,切忌去移动小球。如果对此规定的界定把握不准,最保险的做法就是当球落入障碍区受到物体的覆盖时,可以叫来裁判帮助裁定,以免白白受罚一杆。 修订五:球位于障碍区时的禁止行为 2012版规则13-4的修改主要在于如果球员是出于维护球场的目的,只要在没违反13-2条件下,没有改善球位、没有改善试图站位与挥杆区域、击球路线,则在障碍区中任何时候都可以平整沙子或泥土,包括击球前弄平整都没有问题。 有媒体指出该项规则的修改影响是较为深远的,对弄平整沙坑不再是绝对的“封杀”。如果这条规则提早几年出台,如今如日中天的迈克罗伊也不会在2010年引发受罚的争议,当时他正在试图将小球击出沙坑,由于第一次挥杆失败他准备第二次挥杆时,用球杆将小球上面的沙子稍微整理了一下,于是被罚杆。迈克罗伊当时解释这个举动完全对球路和站位没有任何帮助,但赛事官员和公众并没有听取他的意见,因为规则就是如此规定。而2012版相关规定出来,又可以挽救一些无辜的罚杆,或许也是出于对维护球场行为的保护和鼓励。 修订六:击球准备后的球移动 2012版规则18-2b对“击球准备后的球移动”(Ball Moving After Address)修改为“当球员做好击球准备后,能够肯定不是由于球员本身的原因造成球移动(例如风吹或有自然物体碰击等),则不再罚杆,从球停的地方再进行击打”。此规则是最重要也备受关注的一个修改,众多球员将此称为“终于合理了,要知道仅仅因为风吹动小球就要受罚很令人懊恼。”之前球员总是对大风气候担惊受怕,怕的不是球技在风中受到抑制,而是被风吹动小球遭致莫名的惩罚。 2011年7月,英国公开赛在皇家圣乔治球场举行,刚赢取美国公开赛冠军的迈克罗伊在最后一轮因风吹动小球遭到处罚,最终获得第25名。 2011年美国美巡球员韦伯·辛普森(WebbSimpson)在参加新奥尔良精英赛时,就因风吹小球被罚杆而错失冠军,这个事件将原来的规则推向风口浪尖。事发于最后一轮,辛普森1杆领先,眼看个人美巡首冠的机会近在眼前。但在15号洞果岭上,辛普森面对着距离洞杯不足一尺的推杆时被人发现小球出现移动。球为什么会移动?辛普森指出是由于风力以及干燥而坚硬的果岭,但按照原来的18-2b规则,即使是风吹的也要受罚,他不得不接受1杆的罚杆。这1杆对辛普森是致命的,布巴·沃森(Bubba Watson)后来居上追平比分,辛普森在巨大的压力和略显烦躁的情绪败阵加洞赛,获得亚军。更令人气愤的是,辛普森因为335,861美元之差败给卢克·唐纳德,没能赢得美巡赛奖金王,如果赢得新奥尔良精英赛冠军他将坐拥奖金王称号。 辛普森高调表示:“我不得不说出我对这条规则的意见,它简直是最烂的。这条规则的问题在于你会碰到像镜面般快速的果岭时,遇到风小球容易晃动和移动。当风力或者其他自然因素导致小球移动的时候,球员不应该遭到处罚。” 据悉,辛普森是美巡球员顾问委员会的会员,2012新规的修订与他亲历的教训和改革决心不无关系。现在球员参赛再也不用为风或自然物担心,三届大满贯赛冠军得主哈灵顿拍手称快:“每次风刮起来的时候,我都担心我的球是否会移动。我很担心我的推杆是否已经落地,这在我推杆的过程中造成了分心。”哈灵顿的心声也成为大批职业球员的心声,因为高手的对决往往就是细节。 修订七:球被局外者变向或停止 2012版规则19-1对“运动中的球被局外者变向或停止”(Ball in Motion Deflected or Stopped; ByOutside Agency)修改为“对局外者影响运动中球的各种情况要做出详细说明。” 修订八:比杆赛在错误地方击球最高罚2杆 2012版规则20-7对“比杆赛时在错误地方击球”(Playing from Wrong Place;Stroke Play)修改为“大部分情况都最高罚2杆,即使在错误地方击球前同时违反了其他的规则。” 编后语: 从以上主要的8处修订可看出,2012年《高尔夫规则》的修订更多参考了球员的意见,减轻了惩罚,将规则往人性化和合理化引导。哈灵顿作为R&A的形象推广人,率先发表言论称这些修改对球员十分有利,顺应历史的发展,尤其是对18-2b“击球准备后的球移动”的修改,很多球员为此感到满意。 目前2012年《高尔夫规则》还未发行中文版本,想要作全面了解的球友可以直接登陆圣安德鲁斯皇家高尔夫俱乐部官方下载。此外,规则中首次出现附录加入高科技产品在球场应用的规范,但进一步详细的要求和规则静候出台。随着时代发展,《高尔夫规则》也不断发生着变化和更新,这也正是规则内涵和魅力之一。
