这次的改革需要引起大家重点关注的有两点：1、听说改革；2、完形阅读部分篇幅及难度增加；3、写作部分分值增加。

我们教研团队会就上述三点为大家进行详细解说！“改革概述”2016年的广州中考英语改革已成定局。

从试卷分值分配来看，变动较大：原本30分听力加上15分口语，合并为40分听说考试，并且听说部分全部为新题型；原本笔试部分100，调整为现在的110分。

改变说明：原来：学生直接看着文本朗读现在：学生先听再模仿朗读，难度降低，兼顾考查学习模仿能力第二题——情景对话与听力的完美结合第一节：听选信息。

听对话或独白，听完后根据给出的问题及括号内的提示，口头回答。

共6小题，12分。

改变说明：原来：纸笔考试单项选择题现在：屏幕上呈现问题及可选择的答案，学生口头回答第二节：回答问题。

2014-2016年北京中考改⾰⽅案改⾰框架⽅案重点解析：重点⼀：2016年中考语⽂增加30分⽅案：语⽂学科要突出语⽂作为母语学科的基础性重要地位，注重语⽂试题同其他课程、同⽣活实践的联系;注重对中华民族优秀⽂化传统的考查。

2016年辽宁沈阳中考语数外各减30分12月30日，记者从沈阳市教育研究院获悉，2016年沈阳市中考调整较大，语文、数学、外语学科满分都由150分调整为120分，外语听力口语成绩开始计入总分，思想品德和历史学科采取同场合卷开卷考试的方式。

英语听力口语成绩计入总分2016年沈阳市中考英语学科笔试成绩100分，听力口语成绩20分，满分为120分，听力口语成绩20分开始计入总分，考试时间分别为100分钟和20分钟。

专家解读：沈阳市第134中学副校长刘春梅认为，英语的变化较大，不但考听的能力还有说的能力，更注重了英语在实际生活中的运用。

作文由60分调整为50分2016年语文和数学两学科满分由150分调整为120分，试题易、中、难比仍为7∶2∶1。

作文由60分调整为50分，古诗词赏析试题由课内赏析调整为课内外比较赏析，这样有利于学生古诗词赏析能力的提高，有利于初高中教学的衔接。

数学总分减少了30分，但考试时间仍为120分钟，考试范围、总题数变化很少，试题易、中、难比仍为7∶2∶1。

专家解读：沈阳市第七中学副校长王浩认为，语、数、外的满分各下降30分，但是考试题型基本不变，考试范围也基本不变，这说明对学生的要求没有降低，只是减少了这三科在中考时的拉分优势，让科目之间和考生之间更均衡。

思想品德和历史同场合卷2016年沈阳中考思想品德和历史学科采取同场合卷开卷考试的方式，考试时间由原来的100分钟增加了10分钟为110分钟。

考生允许携带七至九年级思想品德和历史学科教材，共11册。

思想品德学科中国内国际重大时事政治内容的时间调整为2015年9月1日至2016年5月31日。

历史学科试卷结构及试题形式与2015年一致。

专家解读：刘春梅认为，开卷一方面有助于减轻学生的学习负担，另一方面更有利于学生能力的培养，学生要注重平时对时事的了解，要会用书本中的观点解释生活中的问题，让学习的知识对生活更具指导作用。

2015年是中考英语改革变动较大的一年，听力由26分提升到30分；单项选择由13道小题13分减少到10小题共10分；完形填空由12道小题共12分变化为10道小题共15分；阅读理解题量分布由3-3-3-4变为4-4-4-3；五选四升级为五选五；补全句子取消。

整张试卷题量变为66道小题，难度系数调整为0.3-0.7。

同时开始注重从热门背景知识出发进行命题，并且加入了“社会主义核心价值观和优秀传统文化”等新元素。

从上文截图可以看到，2016年英语考试说明从分值分布、考试时间、题型、难易程度等都基本跟2015年保持一致，各方面变化均极微小。

例如大纲词汇新加入了autumn一词，但其实这些改变对孩子们备考并无太大影响。

英语科目始终紧抓着“广基础，重细节”的大原则不变。

尤其是在相较往年英语考试难度下降，高分普遍的情况下，想要有所突破，平时的功夫就一定要踏踏实实地下到。

要说有什么大的改变那就是作文了。

2014年以前，英语写作基本上考提示作文，即一段中文提示+几个英文单词提示。

2014年起，英语写作改成了“针对3个英语提问回复邮件”。

2016《中考说明》样题中，第一次出现以上两种模式并存，即今年既可能会考提示作文，还可以“针对3个英语提问回复邮件”。

考生备考的时候要注意加强两种作文样式的练习。

英语《考试说明》解读概况、变化、趋势和备考建议纵观2016年北京中考英语《考试说明》，今年试题将保持相对的稳定性和连续性，在考试难度上与去年基本保持不变，总体难度适中，梯度适宜，难易程度符合大部分学生的实际水平，突出了水平性考试的功能。

将会重点考查学生综合语言运用和交际的能力。

英语学科笔试成绩100分、听力口语成绩20分，考试时间分别为100分钟和20分钟，听力口语测试提前进行，考试形式为人机对话。

笔试部分题型将短文填空题型中的选词填空部分改为选择短语填空，整合到阅读与表达题型中删掉词性转换填空部分。

听力口语试题中听力部分12分，题型为短对话理解、长对话理解、短文理解；口语部分8分，题型为跟读与模仿和朗读。

今年由于中考和毕业考试一张卷子，教材内容较多，大约占40%到50%。

备考建议：听说训练要每天坚持
注重听说训练，要在平时每天教学中注重这方面的训练，争取不扣分或少扣分。

单词熟练记忆后要明确词性的转换，词的多种含义、词的固定搭配，复习这些时不是单一枯燥地在记忆中完成，而是通过阅读地道的语言材料欣赏语言魅力，体会词的多样性，提高英语表达水平。

课外阅读的提高应该在老师指导下逐步深入，参考历年中考题的难度，准确把握考试方向和尺度。

在稳步提高语篇阅读能力的基础上整体提高英语综合能力。

2016年北京中考政策解读——英语学科教学的思考与行动针对英语学科教学的思考与行动有如下几个方面：一、2015年北京中考英语变化：听力由26分增至30分，单选：由13分减至10分，完型：由12分增至15分，阅读：由26分增至30分，句子还原：由8分变为10分任务型阅读：10分保持不变完成句子：由10分变成0分，取消了该题型。

因此，针对今年中考英语，学生要在听力的难度上下功夫，既然听力分值增加了，出题者不会白白送分，阅读理解要坚持做去年一二模试题中D篇习惯于每篇4个题目的类型，同时学会推断题与主旨大意题目的方法，句子还原增加了2分，同时风险也增大了，没有了干扰项，学生很可能扣4分。

《中考说明》对写作的要求侧重于内容的全面性、词汇复杂性、句型多样性、结构的严谨性方面提出了要求。

二、考试说明解读：关键字：双减负，强基础，重应用1.双减负（1）词汇：2015年中考英语《考试说明》中，单词减少近100个，由原来的1630个左右减少到1540个左右，此外，删除了习惯用语和固定搭配300个左右。

（2）语法：语法项目中降低了不定代词、非谓语动词、和定语从句的能力要求。

2.强基础本次考试说明的修订有针对性的用容易题替换难度偏大的试题。

减少难度系数》0.2的题，增加难度系数0.9和1的题。

3.重应用（1）从语法知识及应用角度：削减单纯考语法试题的比重，增加了重应用的完形试题的每小题的赋分值及整体比重。

（2）从语言技能角度增加了“听”和“读”的比重听力理解增加4分，比例增至全卷的25%阅读理解增加6分，总分值达到50分，比例增至全卷的42%以上是针对考试说明进行的解读。
