information. In general, I believe that staying calm and
rational is the key to solving any problem.

To maintain a positive attitude, I try to focus on the
good things in my life and appreciate what I have. I also
set realistic goals for myself and celebrate my
achievements, no matter how small they are. When facing
setbacks or failures, I try to learn from them and see them
as opportunities for growth. Additionally, I surround myself with positive people who inspire and support me.
