研究方法:1、收集资料:收集相关文献资料;2、定量调查:采用分层随机抽样的方法抽取福建医科大学大一至大三400名医学生进行问卷调查,调查工具采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和自拟焦虑影响因素调查问卷,了解调查对象焦虑现状及影响因素,运用Epidata3.1,Excel,Spss13.0对数据进行统计分析。
主要结果:医学生焦虑水平高于全国常模,学业压力是医大学生焦虑的主要影响因素,人际交往对医学生焦虑的影响也十分显著,但是性别、年级和专业对医学生焦虑影响没有明显差异。
研究结论:学校应该发挥教育引导作用,全面优化医学生的心理素质,使其保持良好的心理状态,积极地应对压力,缓解焦虑情绪。
