---- The cinecism of The Devil Wears Prada The Devil Wears Prada, besides the background of the fashion industry, it also told us a story about Andy Sachs, a girl who has ever lost her bearings on the road when chasing her dream and finally found what is the goal she really want to achieve and started a new life.
In my opinion, this movie may not a profound one, some of the plot is so idealized that even let people feel it very childish, but what this movie shows is also the fact of the true life. For everyone, I believe, we both ever have the feeling as Andy Sachs when wavering between the dream and the fact, and also experienced the struggle in heart to choose the lifestyles or maybe the transition of life by an idea. Sometimes we choose give our initial dreams up and try to find other things to enrich our life. But when our dream is becoming faintly discernible, is there something that we achieve? Are these things also those that we really needed? Is it worth doing these things than achieve our initial dreams?
The reality is cruel, especially now, there are so many graduate leave the college every year, losing their youthful spirit, substituting for the vicissitudes of life. For most of them, there are no happiness, there are no dreams, they just choose a way to earning their life. When talking about the initial dreams, perhaps, they will even self-mockery about the innocent of themselves. This is the power of the way to achieve your dream and your dream, sometimes, it’s unable to load the unbearable weight.
In our real society, it’s difficult to find the way to achieve our initial dreams. We can imagine that if the story about Andy Sachs and Nate happens in our real life, the ending maybe more prefer that they will say good-bye and continue their own life. They don’t need a reason to do this because most of us will also do like this, just as when you give up your dream and choose a life you don’t li ke. Maybe one-day you will like the life you choose, it’s only because the substance it brings you but not the spiritual satisfaction. When we complain the pressure of the circumstance and shirk the responsibilities to society, it also shows that we can’t resist the worldly temptations.
However, this is not shameful for us to admit it. Just as what we have imagine, it’s more reasonable for the ending as that Andy sit in the car, seeing the bustling city passing from her eyes as when she come to Paris at the moment, recalling the dreams she has ever have and finally decides never turn around. Nate may not forgive Andy forever, the love is also disappear and finally he will forget her and start his new life.
If I’m Andy, I will also feel compunctious w hen giving my dream and love up and I believe though everyone has the dream to be one of “us” as Miranda says in the movie, they also looking forwarding to throwing the phone to the XuYuanchi and leave the pressure of life. When watching the film, we also praise what the girl has done though we all know that the true life is much more hard than film.
The life is much more hard than the film, so it’s also not easy to give up our dreams and our love. Recalling the time when we are young, enjoying our life and love, though sometimes maybe upset, or disappointing, but isn’t it right for us to do our choice by feeling when we faced the problem of emotion? At least, we are still sincere and kind, brave and free when we are in the face of ourselves and the people and things that we love.
The thing, let the dream world dead, but is in fact our selfishness, greed and weak due to the impasse, this place is not painful, but more than the bad numb. The devil is never the grey-haired woman, but the dress called Prada.。
