ＳＢＳ改性沥青老化性能影响研究斯建宁１　任广海２（１．招商局重庆交通科研设计院有限公司　重庆　４０００６７；　２．招商局公路信息技术（重庆）有限公司　重庆　４０００６７）摘　要　文中选用２种基质沥青（７０号、９０号）分别制备得到ＳＢＳ ７０、ＳＢＳ ９０２种ＳＢＳ改性沥青，经过短期老化（ＲＴＦＯＴ）、长期老化（ＰＡＶ）试验，结合荧光显微、三大指标、温度扫描试验，研究ＳＢＳ改性沥青老化性能影响。

荧光显微试验结果表明，ＳＢＳ改性剂与９０号基质沥青具有更好的相容性，短期老化后ＳＢＳ ９０中的ＳＢＳ氧化降解程度高于ＳＢＳ ７０。

三大指标试验结果表明，２种改性沥青针入度和延度随老化程度增大而降低，２种改性沥青软化点随沥青老化程度增加而下降。

温度扫描试验结果表明，２种ＳＢＳ改性沥青复数模量在低温时随老化程度增大而升高，在高温时随老化程度增大而降低。

相位角在短期老化后随温度升高出现先下降后上升趋势；在长期老化后，相位角随温度升高而上升。

结合荧光显微、ＣＭＩ、ＰＡＩ结果表明，ＳＢＳ ７０抗老化性能优于ＳＢＳ ９０，ＳＢＳ ９０在老化时沥青相及ＳＢＳ相氧化降解都更严重。

在实际道路工程中更推荐采用Ｅ７０作为基质沥青进行ＳＢＳ改性沥青的制备。

The following preconditions must be observed before gluing the new brake lining on the band brake.1. The brake band and lining must be dry and free from dust, grease and oil.2. Check for damage before sticking together brake band and lining.3. Cut the brake lining to size accordingly.4. Provide both parts with the "Bostik Kontaktlim 3006 (Contact adhesive 3006)".5. Always start to paste the brake band at the middle and then work on to both endssimultaneously.Observe the relevant ventilation time for the glue as stated in theaccording using instruction (refer to section 4 in this document).6. Fit both parts instantly together and fix them with clamping device.7. Make sure that brake lining is tight to brake band (no interstices).8. Use the brake band as template for drilling the required holes for the rivets and screws.9. After the glue has dried out completely you can remove the clamping device.10. Assemble mounting elements (screws or rivets).11. After mounting the brake band on the brake ring grind in the brake lining.12.
