工业时代的控制模式是什么，就是我们商学院通用课程中涉及的目标管理、项目管理、组织行为、企业管治等等，然而这些教条式的指导，对于当今随时需要转型变革的新常态下，企业对于全员高效工作，实际有着前所未有的要求。

高效工作意味着：集中精神，用心工作。

事实上，无论我们无论多努力，要想改变都不太可能，因为，人的大脑工作逻辑根本不是这样。
