ⅰ电话英语中几个步骤及相关语句
首先,接电话的开场白:拿起话筒时候,可先用"Hello." "Good morning." "Good
afternoon. "等问候对方,并报上自己的公司名,部门名,姓名等。
★“喂”的说法:
①A:Hello. This is Paragon Company. May I help you?
B: Hello, this is Mr. Green.
②Good afternoon. This is Dan An Commercial Bank. What can I do for you?
③Pioneer Electronics. This is Mary Wu speaking.
④Hello. Overseas Sales Department. Tim Wang speaking.
第二部分、问对方要找谁: 通常对方都会主动说出要找谁,但万一对方说不清楚,或是你没听懂,想再确认的时候,可以用下面的话问清楚。
1.询问找谁
Who do you want to talk (speak) to?
Who would you like to speak with?
Who are you calling?
2.转接电话时说“请稍等”
①A:Could you please give me the international division?
B: Hold on a minute, please.
②A:Can you connect me with the export department?
B: Hold the line a moment, I’ll connect you.
③A:May I speak to Mr. Chen, please?
B: I’ll connect you to him. 17 ④A:Would you please transfer me to the production department?
B: I’ll put you through.

第四部分、请教对方的大名:在接听老外打来的电话,应问清楚对方的身分,以便通报相关的当事人或做进一步的处理。
1.确认对方姓名
① Who is calling/speaking, please?
②May I ask who is calling?
May I tell him who’s calling?
May I let him know who’s calling?
May I have/know your name, please?
2.询问名字的拼法
①Could you spell your name, please?
②How do you spell your name, please?
3.告知分不开身
I’m sorry, he’s busy at the moment.
I’m sorry, he’s not available at the moment.
He’s on the phone right now.
4.此时不在座位上
A: I’m sorry; he’s not at his desk. 18 B: Could you tell him to call me back as soon as possible?
I’m sorry; he’s away from his desk.
I’m sorry; he just walked away from his desk.
5.抱歉,他不在办公室
I’m sorry; he’s not in at the moment.
I’m sorry; he’s out of the office now.
I’m sorry,;He’s just left.
6.抱歉,他出差去了
I’m sorry, he’s on a business trip.
I’m sorry, he’s out for a few days.
7.抱歉,他现在正在开会
I’m sorry, he’s in a meeting/conference.
8.告知将回电
I will ask him to call you back as soon as possible.
9请其稍后再打
Could you call back in 10 minutes?
Would you mind calling back around 4 o’clock?
第五部分、不明了对方所言:听不懂对方的话却硬撑下去,并非明智之举,不如坦白请对方更简单明确的说明清楚。
①I can’t hear you very well. Please speak a little louder.
②Please speak a little more slowly.
③Sorry, I couldn’t get what you said.
④A:May I have your name again, please? 19 B: This is Michael.
◆I’m sorry, could you repeat that, please?
◆I beg your pardon.
◆I’m sorry, we seem to have a bad connection.

第六部分、各种附和、质疑、同意、否定的用语:通话当中需借助各种表附和,表惊讶,表欣喜,表婉惜,表疑问,或表否定的短语,以利谈话的顺利推展。
1、表惊讶
(1) 真的呀? Really?
(2) 什么? What?
(3) 别开玩笑! You're kidding!
2、表欣喜 20
(1) 好极了! Great!
(2) 太棒了! Fantastic!
(3) 棒极了! Terrific!
(4) 哇! Wow!
3、表婉惜
(1) 真糟糕。 That's too bad.
(2) 真可惜! What a shame!
(3) 听到这样我很难过。 I'm sorry to hear that.
(4) 喔,原来如此。 Oh, I see.
4、表同意
(1) 没错。 Right.
(2) 正是。 Exactly.
(3) 我同意。I agree.
5、表不同意
(1) 我可不这么认为。 I don't think so.
(2) 不成! No way!
(3)事实上不然。Not really.
第七部分、通话将结束结尾语:通话接近尾声,经常要来上几句客套话,以作为道别的前奏曲。请灵活应用下列各句,免得该收场时却不知如何下手。
①Thank you for calling.
②It was kind of you to call me
③Nice talking to you 21 ④I'd better get off the phone.
⑤Call me again any time.
⑥Call again when you've got time.
⑦I'm always glad to hear from you.
⑧Let's keep in touch, good-bye.
