汽车排气消声器设计分析摘要随着中国噪声法规的日益严格,对于整车排气噪声控制的要求也越来对于整车排气噪声控制的要求也越来近年来,随着中国噪声法规的日益严格,这必然会加大设计的但是传统的消声器设计方法主要是基于设计经验,这必然会加大设计的越高了,但是传统的消声器设计方法主要是基于设计经验,工作量,增加研发成本、延长了开发周期。
控制排气噪声最有效的途径就是设计高消声性能、低阻力损失的排气消声器。
它已成为目前排气噪声控制的重要研究课题。
本文首先通过使用GT-POWER软件中的muffler模块建立排气消声器的三维仿真模型从而得到它的传递损失,再通过GT-POWER软件建立某发动机工作过程与消声器的耦合仿真模型得到消声器的插入损失,并通过对消声器结构及消声性能的分析,对消声器的设计进行改进,使其较好的满足该消声器的性能要求。
在对消声器消声性能设计时,应该尽量避免消声器的某些通过频率和消声器振型比较剧烈的模态频率发生共振,这样既有利于提高催化剂和消声器的可靠性和耐久性,也可以指导消声器的设计、分析。
总之,本文通过对消声器基本的设计思路和方法的探索,为更加合理、有效地设计和研发排气消声器提供了参考。

When we design the which has some ranges of frequency that can go through the muffler ,we should avoid the penetrated frequency in response to the model frequency,So this result can give more advice to the muffler design.from the whole,this article does some research about the design of the exhaust muffler,which gives some ideas of the design.
