节节高名师课时计划英语七年级下册全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1Famous Teachers Lesson PlanHello everyone! Today, I'm going to share with you the lesson plan that our amazing English teacher, Ms. Johnson, taught us last week. The topic was all about famous teachers throughout history, and let me tell you, it was super interesting! To start off the class, Ms. Johnson asked us if we knew any famous teachers from the past or present. A few of my classmates raised their hands and mentioned names like Aristotle, Confucius, and even our favorite teacher, Ms. Johnson herself (which made her blush a little!).Ms. Johnson then explained that throughout history, many great teachers have shaped the way we think, learn, and understand the world around us. She said that teachers play a crucial role in society by passing on knowledge, inspiring students, and helping them reach their full potential. The first famous teacher we learned about was Socrates, a philosopher who lived in ancient Greece around 470 BC. Isn't that crazy? He was teaching people over 2,000 years ago! Socrates is known for his method of teaching through questioning and dialogue, which is now called the "Socratic method." He believed that by asking thought-provoking questions, he could help his students arrive at deeper truths and understanding.Next up was Confucius, a Chinese philosopher and teacher who lived from 551 BC to 479 BC. Confucius emphasized the importance of education, moral values, and respect for elders and tradition. His teachings, known as Confucianism, had a profound impact on Chinese culture and society, and are still widely studied and practiced today. We also learned about Maria Montessori, an Italian educator who lived in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Montessori developed a teaching method that focused on hands-on learning, independence, and respect for a child's natural curiosity and development. Her approach, known as the Montessori method, is used in many schools around the world today. One of my favorite teachers we studied was Jaime Escalante, a Bolivian-American educator who taught math at a high schoolin Los Angeles. Despite facing many challenges, including a lack of resources and students who were struggling academically, Escalante was able to inspire and motivate his students to excel in mathematics. His story was even turned into a movie called "Stand and Deliver"!We couldn't talk about famous teachers without mentioning Anne Sullivan, the teacher who worked with Helen Keller, a deaf and blind student. Sullivan's patience, dedication, and innovative teaching methods helped Keller overcome her disabilities and become a renowned author, lecturer, and activist. As we learned about each of these amazing teachers, Ms. Johnson encouraged us to think about the qualities that made them so effective and influential. She emphasized the importance of patience, creativity, and a genuine desire to help others learn and grow.Throughout the lesson, Ms. Johnson incorporated various activities to keep us engaged and reinforce the concepts we were learning. For example, we had a group discussion where we shared our personal experiences with teachers who had inspired us or made a positive impact on our lives. We also did a fun role-playing activity where we pretended to be famous teachers from history, teaching a lesson to ourclassmates. I got to play the role of Socrates, and I tried my best to ask thought-provoking questions and guide my "students" through a philosophical discussion. At the end of the class, Ms. Johnson surprised us with a special guest speaker – a retired teacher who had been teaching for over 40 years! She shared her experiences, challenges, and the joy she felt in helping generations of students learn and grow.Overall, this lesson on famous teachers was not only informative but also incredibly inspiring. It made me appreciate the hard work and dedication that teachers put into their profession, and it motivated me to work hard and make the most of my educational opportunities. As I left the classroom that day, I couldn't help but feel grateful for teachers like Ms. Johnson, who truly care about their students and strive to make a positive impact on our lives. I realized that teachers have the power to shape minds, ignite curiosity, and unlock the potential within each and every one of us.So, to all the amazing teachers out there, past and present, thank you for your tireless efforts and for inspiring us to learn, grow, and dream big!篇2My English Class - Unit 7Hi there! Today I'm going to tell you all about my English class and the super cool things we've been learning lately. Our teacher, Ms. Johnson, is really nice and makes the lessons fun. Let me walk you through what we've been doing in Unit 7!Starting OffAt the beginning of the unit, we learned about different cultures and customs around the world. Ms. Johnson showed us pictures from lots of different countries and we had to guess what traditions they were. It was like a game! Then we read a story about a girl named Maya who went to visit her grandparents in India during the festival of Diwali. I didn't know much about Diwali before, but the story taught me that it's the festival of lights and people decorate their houses with clay lamps and colorful rangoli patterns. Maya got to wear fancy clothes and eat delicious sweets. Reading that story made me really interested to learn more about different cultures.Asking QuestionsAfter that, Ms. Johnson taught us how to ask questions properly in English using the right words like "what", "when", "where", "who", and "why". We did lots of practice asking each other questions about our families, hobbies, pets, you name it! Whenever someone asked a question incorrectly, she would gently correct them.My favorite was when we played the "Question Game" where one person thought of a famous person, place or thing, and the rest of us had to ask yes/no questions to try to guess what it was. It was really hard but so much fun!Ms. Johnson said asking good questions is an important skill, not just for learning English but for life. If you don't understand something, you have to ask to get clarity.Conversations & Role PlaysThe next few lessons were all about conversations. We learned different ways to greet people, make introductions, discuss our daily routines, talk about weekend plans, and more. Ms. Johnson had us break into pairs to practice basic dialogues using the new phrases and sentence structures we learned. Then we got to act out little role play scenarios which was my favorite part! We made conversations between friendsmaking plans to go to the movies, kids introducing themselves on the first day of school, conversations between restaurant servers and customers, and more. It was like putting on a little play except we had to come up with the lines ourselves based on the situation Ms. Johnson gave us. A few times we even got to use fun props and costumes! At the end of each role play, Ms. Johnson would give us feedback on what we did well and what we could improve. She was always positive but still helped us get better at conversing naturally.Food Glorious FoodThis was probably the most delicious part of the unit! For two whole weeks, we learned all about food vocabulary in English. We made long lists of different fruits, vegetables, grains, meats, snacks, and more. We described their colors, flavors, and textures. Then we read about cuisines from all around the globe like Italian, Mexican, Indian, Chinese, and more. We even got to sample some delicious international dishes that some of our parents made! My favorite was the fresh mango lassi drink from India. So refreshing! For one class, Ms. Johnson split us into groups and each group had to research a different national cuisine. Then we had to prepare a short presentation teaching the rest of the class about the main dishes, ingredients, and culinary traditions of that country's food. It was a lot of work but I learned so much!At the end of those two weeks, we knew tons of new food vocabulary and had educated our taste buds too. Yum!Creative WritingThe final section of Unit 7 was all about creative writing. Ms. Johnson said writing stories would help us practice forming sentences and paragraphs in a really fun way. First, we had to create characters - deciding on their name, personality, interests, appearance, etc. Then we had to come up with a storyline and plot out what would happen.Once we had the basics down, we started writing our stories over several classes. Whenever we got stuck, Ms. Johnson gave us prompts and ideas to get our creativity flowing again. We also learned about using vivid descriptive language, writing realistic dialogues, punctuating properly, and more writing skills. At the end, we got to illustrate our stories and put them all together into a classroom book that we could take home. Seeing my name and words published made me feel like a real author! That's a wrap on Unit 7 - pretty cool, right? We covered so many interesting things about world cultures, cuisine, communication skills, and creative expression through writing. Ms. Johnson made it all interactive and engaging.English class is definitely my favorite part of the week now. I can't wait to see what Unit 8 has in store! Let me know if you want to hear more about my awesome English learning adventures.篇3Summer Vacation ReflectionsThe school bell rang, signaling the start of another fun summer break. As I skipped out of the classroom, leaving my books and worries behind, I couldn't wait for the adventures that lay ahead. Little did I know, this summer would be truly unforgettable, thanks to a series of extraordinary English lessons! It all started when my parents surprised me with the news that they had enrolled me in a special English program taught byrenowned teachers from around the world. At first, I was a bit skeptical – how could English lessons be fun during my precious vacation time? But boy, was I in for a treat!Week 1: A Shakespearean Adventure with Mrs. BranaghOur first lesson took us on a journey through the magical world of Shakespeare. Mrs. Branagh, a famous Shakespearean actress from England, swept us off our feet with her dramatic readings and lively reenactments. I'll never forget the way she portrayed Romeo's lovestruck anguish or Hamlet's brooding soliloquies. By the end of the week, we were all reciting Shakespearean verses with gusto, feeling like true thespians!Week 2: Unraveling Mysteries with Mr. SherlockThe following week, we had the honor of learning from the brilliant Mr. Sherlock, a retired detective from Scotland Yard. With his keen eye for detail and sharp deductive reasoning, he taught us the art of analyzing literature like true sleuths. We dissected passages, searched for hidden clues, and solved literary puzzles that would have baffled even the greatest detectives. By the end, we felt like we could solve any mystery, armed with our newly acquired analytical skills.Week 3: Poetic Explorations with Ms. AngelouThen came the week we all looked forward to – learning poetry from the legendary Ms. Angelou. Her soulful voice and profound words transported us to realms of beauty, pain, and triumph. We learned to appreciate the power of language, the rhythm of verse, and the depth of human emotion. Each poem we studied was like a tiny universe, waiting to be explored and understood. Ms. Angelou's lessons left us feeling inspired, empowered, and connected to the world in a whole new way.Week 4: Journalistic Adventures with Mr. WoodwardJust when we thought it couldn't get any better, we were graced with the presence of Mr. Woodward, a PulitzerPrize-winning journalist. With his wealth of experiences and captivating storytelling abilities, he taught us the art of crafting compelling narratives. We learned to ask probing questions, conduct interviews, and weave facts into engaging tales that would keep readers hooked. By the end of the week, we felt like intrepid reporters, ready to uncover the truth and share it with the world.Week 5: Scientific Explorations with Dr. HawkingIn our final week, we were honored to have the brilliant Dr. Hawking as our instructor. While English may not have been his area of expertise, his ability to communicate complex scientificconcepts with clarity and wit was truly remarkable. We learned about the wonders of the universe, the intricacies of theoretical physics, and the importance of curiosity and perseverance in the pursuit of knowledge. Dr. Hawking's lessons ignited a newfound appreciation for the beauty of language and its power to illuminate even the most intricate subjects. As the summer drew to a close, I found myself feeling both sad and incredibly grateful. These extraordinary lessons had not only enriched my understanding of the English language but had also broadened my horizons and sparked a lifelong love for learning.Looking back, I realize that the true magic of those lessons wasn't just in the knowledge imparted but in the passion and expertise of the teachers themselves. They didn't merely teach –they inspired, challenged, and encouraged us to explore the depths of language and literature in ways we never thought possible. So, as I embark on a new school year, armed with a wealth of unforgettable experiences and a renewed appreciation for the English language, I can't help but feel excited for the journey ahead. Who knows what other incredible teachers and lessons await, ready to shape and mold my understanding of the world? One thing is certain: this summer has left an indelible mark on my life, and I can't wait to continue exploring the boundless realms of knowledge and discovery.篇4My Awesome 7th Grade English ClassSchool is pretty cool, but my favorite class by far is English with Mr. Rodriguez. He's the best teacher ever! English used to be kind of boring when we just read stories and answered questions. But not anymore!Mr. Rodriguez makes English super fun and interesting. He says we have to master all the language skills - reading, writing, speaking, and listening. That means we don't just read boring books all period. We get to do all sorts of awesome activities every single day!Reading RocksOf course we still have to read books and stories. But the books we read are amazing! Last month, we read this epic fantasy novel with dragons, wizards, and brave heroes. I couldn't put it down at night. This month, we're reading a crazy sciencefiction book about kids who get stranded on an alien planet. It's so awesome!Mr. Rodriguez doesn't just make us read though. We play fun games and activities with the books too. Sometimes we act out scenes from the stories. Other times, we get into groups and create epic presentations, drawings, or videos about the books. We use all the cool technology in the classroom like tablets and video cameras.Write On!Writing is my favorite part of English class. I never knew how fun it could be until I had Mr. Rodriguez's class. We get to write all sorts of creative stories and papers every week. One week, we wrote spooky ghost stories. Another week, we wrote tutorials teaching people how to do something step-by-step.But my favorite writing activities are when we get to create our own books and comics! A few weeks ago, we wrote and illustrated our very own children's picture books. We got to use cool computer software to design the pages however we wanted. Mine was about a talking dog who saved the world from an alien invasion. So silly but fun!Speaking PracticeAt the start of every class, we spend a few minutes practicing our speaking skills. Mr. Rodriguez puts conversation starters or funny prompts on the board, and we take turns speaking in partners or small groups. We might have to describe our dream vacation, talk about our favorite movies, or come up with a new invention idea. It's really helping me get better at thinking and speaking on my feet. I used to get super shy talking out loud, but now I'm way more confident. Conversations don't feel as scary anymore.Listen Up!Listening skills are just as important as the other ones. We do all sorts of fun activities to work on listening. Sometimes, Mr. Rodriguez will read a crazy story out loud, and we have to listen carefully and take notes. Other times, we watch short video clips and have to summarize what happened. My favorite listening activities are when we get to hear awesome stories or watch movie clips in English. We just watched some scenes from a new superhero movie last week. We had to pay close attention to all the details because we had to discuss the plot and characters afterward.More Than Just EnglishMr. Rodriguez makes sure we learn way more than just English too. Our class lessons have taught me so much about other cultures, literature, communication skills, and more. Like when we read books from other countries and learned about their traditions and customs. Or when we studied poetry and figurative language skills like metaphors. We've also done units on things like digital media literacy and anti-bullying. Those were some of my favorite weeks! I feel like I'm becoming a much better writer, speaker, and overall student. The Best TeacherEnglish class has never been so fun! I legitimately look forward to Mr. Rodriguez's class every single day. He makes learning awesome and exciting. We're always doing something different - acting, creating, presenting, you name it. He makes sure we truly understand and can apply all the skills through activities, not just boring worksheets and lectures.I've learned so much this year, but it doesn't even feel like "work." I'm just having a blast while becoming a better reader, writer, speaker, and listener. Not to mention all the other cool life skills I've picked up too.Mr. Rodriguez is simply the best teacher ever. He makes his class an absolute joy to attend every day. Thanks to him, I've developed a whole new appreciation and love for the English language. I can't wait to see what amazing things we get to do and learn the rest of this year!篇5My English Teacher Is The Best!Mrs. Smith is the coolest English teacher ever! Lesson PlanThis English lesson plan helps reinforce vocabulary related to traveling by asking students to plan trips and excursions based on the profile of different groups of travelers. It is helpful to use local newspapers, especially newspapers that provide local events, to give students ideas of real places to visit. Most large cities have specialty newspapers that focus on local events and attractions available for free throughout the city.Instructions for TeachersThe lesson begins with students deciding which types of groups are going to take a trip. Based on which group of travelers are going, students then use resources to plan out a short stay in a specific city or area of the country. Of course, you can choose to have students focus on distant locations. If you are teaching English in another country, it's probably best to vary this and focus on traveling abroad to allow the use of English place names.Lesson Aims: Completing a small group task using the internet and other resources available in English, describing a travel destination and itinerary in detailActivity: Planning a short trip to a specific location based on different traveler typesLevel: IntermediateLesson PlanAs a class, discuss what types of locations, travel plans, etc. might be suitable for these different types of travelers:• A married couple on a honeymoon•Two friends who are attending college•Two business peopleAs a class, discuss which resources students can use to make travel plans. There are many travel websites online that offer all the necessary tools for scheduling a trip. If available, use a projector and walk through the process of finding round trip flight tickets and hotels on a travel site.Using the worksheet below, break students up into pairs or small groups (maximum of 4) assigning a pair of travelers to each group. Have students come up with detailed plans for each travel group. After each group has finished, have them present their travel plans to the entire class.Variation: To extend this activity, ask students to create a presentation using PowerPoint or another similar software application. Students should find photos and write up bullet points for each of the activities to include in the presentation.WorksheetPlan a Trip to ___________ for the Following Travel Groups:HoneymoonersMary and Tim have just married and are in the mood for a great honeymoon to celebrate their eternal love for each other. Make sure to include lots of romantic options and some excellent meals to mark this happy event.College FriendsAlan and Jeff are attending college together and are looking to have a wild week of fun and adventure. They love going to clubs and partying hard, but they don't have a lot of money to eat at fine restaurants.Cultured CouplesThe Andersons and the Smiths are married couples that have been friends for years. Their children are grown up and have their own families. Now, they enjoy traveling together and place a great deal ofemphasis on visiting sights of cultural significance. They also love going to concerts and eating fine food.Business PeopleThese business people are interested in opening up a new company at your chosen location. They need to find out about the area, meet local business people, and discuss their proposal with local government.Family with ChildrenThe McCarthur family has three children aged 2, 5, and 10. They love spending time outdoors and have a limited budget for eating out. They aren't interested in entertainment, but the parents like to take the children to important museums to help with their cultural education. Peter and DanPeter and Dan married a few years ago. They love to explore gay hot spots in cities they travel to, as well as do traditional sight-seeing tours. Lesson PlanMaking the choice to use "will" or "going to" is difficult for many ESL students. This lesson focuses on providing context for students so that they can understand the basic difference between something that is planned for the future (use of "going to") and a spontaneous decision (use of "will").Students first study a short dialog and answer some questions. After this, students give answers to a number of questions which elicit either 'will' or 'going to'. Finally, students get together for some small talk to practice.ESL Lesson Plan•Aim: Developing a deeper understanding of the use of the future with 'will' and 'going to'•Activity: Dialog reading, follow-up questions, small talk•Level: lower-intermediate to intermediateOutline:•Start the lesson by asking some questions with 'will' and 'going to'.Be sure to mix the questions up. Which forms did you use? Can they explain why?•Pass out the dialog and ask the students to read through and answer the questions.•As a group, correct the questions and ask students to explain why certain questions used 'will' and others 'going to'. A further possibility is to ask students to highlight the sections of the dialog that used 'will' and those that used 'going to'. Ask them to explain why.•Have students write out answers to the question sheet. Go around the room to help individual students and check that students are answering using the correct form.•As a class, elicit answers from various students. When appropriate, ask students to elaborate on their answers in order to give them a further chance to use these forms.•Ask students to use the small talk questions with each other in pairs or in small groups.Optional homework: Ask students to prepare a short paragraph on their future plans for study, hobbies, marriage, etc. (Use of 'going to'). Ask them to write out a few predictions about the future of their lives, the country, the current political party, etc. (future with 'will')Dialogue Exercise 1: The Party•Martha: What horrible weather today.
