主题词:铸件,片状石墨,铸铁,加工余量,一般公差。
本标准的规定不再适用于新设计。
新设计时用DIN ISO 8062。
尺寸为 mm1 引用范围本标准用于片状石墨灰铸铁件的一般公差以及所需的切削加工余量,该球墨铸铁件的供货技术条件在DIN 1693-1中规定。
角度的一般公差未规定,因为对此尚无经验。
若需对角度确定精度,那么必须对此确定公差。
2 同时有效的标准DIN 1680-1 铸件;一般公差和加工余量;概述DIN 1680-2 铸件;一般公差系统DIN 1690 (目前为草案)金属材料铸件一般供货技术条件3 概念“一般公差”和“精度等级”的概念在DIN 7182-1中作一般规定而采用在DIN 1680-1中对铸件的定义。
“加工余量”的定义在DIN 1680-1中规定。
4 精度等级4.1 与尺寸偏差的关系在灰铸铁件中尺寸偏差显然取决于:a)模型的尺寸精度,取决于材料种类和铸件设计的尺寸收缩率,造型和浇铸时的细心程度和取决批量的造型与浇铸方向,用精度等级所作的标记。
b)名义尺寸的大小。
4.2 精度等级的使用为确定尺寸偏差必须用表1和表2的精度等级。
对长度和厚度尺寸只应选择相同的精度等级。
例外情况见DIN 1680-1。
4.3 名义尺寸范围的限制名义尺寸范围必须在某个精度等级时限制范围,该范围用尺寸值进一步保险。
在一定精度等级下超出规定尺寸范围的尺寸下级较粗精度有效。
5 加工余量BZ加工余量BZ取决于铸件外部最大的尺寸。
加工余量对所有精度等级都是相同的,见表3,例外情况见DIN 1680-1。
小于500 mm的外部尺寸允许减小加工余量按表3 值之半,当如在大批生产、优化模型浇铸系统、浇铸方法和有关加工表面及基准表面的切削生产时应在产需双方涉及协议。
见表4。
对铸件重量大于1000kg和/或壁厚大于50mm时加工余量也需在产需双方签订协议。
6 图纸标注铸件的侧面、底面和上面的精度等级和加工余量按本标准选择时,标记如下:公差和余量 DIN 1686-GTB17-BZ3,5/4,5其它标注见DIN 1680-1。

也就是说,无论是带有最大材料尺寸的部件,还是带有最小材料尺寸的部件,都可以出现角度偏差。
上、下限公差不会限制构成边或面的角的形状偏差。
最小条件的定义,参阅DIN ISO1101)4 形状、位置通用公差4.1根据DIN ISO8015,公差定义原理仅当图纸中含有“公差定义ISO8015”字样时,才可以使用根据DIN ISO8015公差定义原理而制定的通用公差。
形状、位置通用公差不取决于成型部件的实际尺寸。
必须遵守每个公差。
因此,也可讲形状、位置通用公差使用在带有通用最大材料尺寸的成型部件上。
配合关系额外要求限制性的包裹条件,该条件应在图纸中特殊标注。
(参阅注解)4.1.1形状通用公差4.1.1.1直度、平度表4中,已注明了直度、平度的通用公差。
在选用表中数值时,应注意:相应直线的长度与直度公差相配合;面或圆面直径的较大侧面长度与平度公差相配合。
4.1.1.2圆度圆度通用公差与直径公差的数值相同,但不可以大于表6中所标注的径向振摆数值。
(参阅注解)4.1.1.3圆柱形状没有规定圆柱体形状的通用公差。
注解:在配合圆柱面时,首先应使用包裹条件,然后根据DIN ISO8015标注带有○E符号的尺寸。
如:Ø25○E 或Ø25H7○E。
4.1.2位置通用公差4.1.2.1平行度平行度的偏差限界,从直度或平度(参阅章节4.1.1.1)或平行线或面间距离尺寸公差得出。
视情况而定,两个中较大者。
同时,两个形状元件中的较长者视为参考元件。
若两个形状元件的额定尺寸相同,则每个都可以作为参考元件。
若出于功能原因不允许这样定义参考元件,则必须标注DIN ISO1101平行度公差。

实际上DIN 17007 系统的数字材料号是自成一体的。
所有的DIN标准材料,都有对应的材料号。
资料中经常出现的是材料号,所以想找一份比较齐全的DIN标准材料和材料号。
因为数字相对比较难搞懂,而DIN标准相对就容易理解,所以想找这方面的资料。
下面是我自己收集的部分(大部分是从DIN17445里找到的,也有从网上搜得的,因不是出自权威的标准,对不对也说不清),有需要的朋友可考去用。
希望有知道的朋友能改正并填补齐全。

4.1.1 形状的一般公差 4.1.1.1 直线度和平面度表4给出了直线度和平面度的一般公差。
为了选取表列数值,有关直线的长度适用于选取直线度公差,而平面的较长侧边或圆表面的直径适用于选取平面度公差。
4.1.1.2 圆度圆度的一般公差与直径公差具有相同的数值,但不大于表6给出的径向跳动公差数值(参见解释)。

004.2 精度等级的应用00按照表1和表2选择规定偏差的精度等级。

004.3 公称尺寸范围的限制00各精度等级的公称尺寸范围应限制在由测量值保证的范围内。

Account should be taken of contact points, excess widths and lengths, and of drainage holes in hollow sections. Welds and extrusion seams may be visible after anodizing.Contact points are a result of the manufacturing process and cannot therefore be avoided. Their location on visible surfaces shall be agreed upon by customer and producer.5Anodizing5.1MaterialThe material and temper of components supplied shall be made known to the works carrying out the surface treatment.5.2PretreatmentMechanical or chemical pretreatment is carried out to prepare the surface of components for anodic oxidation, and to produce particular surface effects. The type of treatment shall be denoted using the symbols given in table 1.Because of unavoidable technical variation, the same treatment may result in different surface effects. The customer and the works carrying out the treatment shall agree on the appearance required for rolled and extruded semi-finished products or components made from them. Corrosion spots which werealmost invisible before treatment may become more apparent.E1Grinding Grinding produces a relatively uniform, but dull surface. The processremoves most surface defects but coarse abrasives may leave marks.E2Brushing Mechanical brushing produces a uniformly shiny surface with visible brushmarks, and only partly removes surface defects.E3Polishing Mechanical polishing produces a smooth and shiny surface, and onlypartly removes surface defects.E4Grinding and Grinding and brushing produce a uniformly shiny surface and remove brushing surface defects and corrosion spots (unlike treatments E0 and E6).E5Grinding and Grinding and polishing produce a smooth and shiny surface and surface polishing defects are removed, as are corrosion spots still visible after treatments E0and E6.E6Pickling Treatment in special pickling solutions after degreasing produces a satinor matt surface. Surface defects are reduced but not removed, andcorrosion spots may become visible. This can be prevented by furthertreatment before pickling, but it is advisable to treat and store the materialso that corrosion cannot occur.E7Chemical or After degreasing the surface using steam or a non-corrosive cleaning electrochemical agent, the surface is given a mirror finish in a special chemical orburnishing electroplating bath. Surface defects are only slightly reduced, andcorrosion spots may become visible.E8Polishing and Grinding and polishing are followed by chemical or electrochemical chemical or burnishing, producing a mirror finish. Surface defects and early corrosionelectrochemical spots are generally removed.burnishingNote:Treatment E0 removes the natural oxide coating, leaving the metal largely intact. All other methods involve considerable metal removal.5.3Anodizing processAnodized aluminium may be left its natural colour or coloured using a method such as adsorptive coloration, electrolytic coloration, integral coloration, combined coloration methods and interference coloration. The cus-tomer and supplier shall agree on the procedures to be used for anodizing and coloration, but details shall be left to the supplier.Some specifications and details of anodization and coloration procedures are given in Aluminium-Merkblatt O 4.5.4SealingSealing is necessary for oxide coatings produced by anodizing. Slight variations in shade due to differences in material and the production process are unavoidable.The decorative appearance of components shall be assessed by viewing them using diffuse daylight from the following distances, at right angles to the visible surface:–components to be used outside at ground level: 3 m;–components to be used outside on upper floors: 5 m;–components to be used inside: 2 m;–comparison with colour samples: no more than 1 m.Other viewing distances shall be agreed between customer and supplier.If the decorative appearance of anodized components is to be assessed after installation, they shall be cleaned before inspection.7Testing7.1Measuring the coating thicknessThe scope of testing shall be as in table 3, using one of the methods described in subclauses 7.1.1 and 7.1.2.7.1.1Measuring the coating thickness using eddy current equipment as in DIN EN ISO2360Eddy-current testing is particularly suited to flat surfaces. The thickness of the coating on the visible surface shall be measured to an accuracy of 0,2µm three to five times at each of at least five points, 0,5cm2 in area, and the mean of the measurements for each point determined.7.1.2Measuring the coating thickness at a section, using a microscope, as in DIN EN ISO1463The microscopical method requires the destruction of the component. The thickness of the coating on the visible surface shall be measured to an accuracy of 0,8µm at two points at least 800 mm apart.7.2Determining coating quality7.2.1Measuring admittance as in DIN EN12373-5Measurement of admittance shall be made within 48 hours of sealing for a coating thickness of 20µm. It shall not exceed 20µS for uncoloured coatings.
