关于举行小学生英语诗歌朗诵比赛的通知
各街镇中心校、区直属小学(含民办小学):
为了切实提高小学生英语口语水平,促进学生开口说英语良好氛围的形成。
经研究,决定举行全区小学生英语诗歌朗诵比赛,现将有关事项通知如下:

参赛人员:小学五、六年级小学生。
要求各单位在初赛的基础上选出代表参加区的比赛。
参赛名额分配如下:中心学校各1名,区直属小学(含民办小学)各1名。
请各单位填好《小学生英语诗歌朗诵比赛报名表》(附件2),于 10月31 日前交到教研室XX老师处,并将朗诵比赛的内容以电子文档的形式发到此邮箱abc’s@。
四、参赛要求:
1. 参赛内容为健康,积极向上,适合学生朗诵的英语诗歌。
2. 参赛选手先用英语自我介绍。
(20—30秒,不介绍所在学校)
3. 参赛选手必须脱稿(可配乐)朗诵。
4. 每位选手朗诵时间3—4分钟。
5. 参赛选手必须仪表大方,发音清晰,语音语调标准。
五、评分标准(见附件1)
六、奖励办法:
本次比赛分直属小学和中心学校两组进行,每组设一、二、三等奖。
其中,直属小学组设一等奖3名,二等奖5名,三等奖10名;中心学校组设一等奖1名,二等奖2名,三等奖4名。
七、其他事项:
1、各校认真开展初赛,选拔优秀选手赴区参赛;
2、各校带队老师于11月29日8:00前带参赛选手到达比赛现场,要注意学生安全。

(二)决赛1、时间:20xx年11月xx日2、地点:xxxx学院211报告厅3、决赛规则:第一环节:诗歌朗诵(可重复使用初赛稿,3分钟);第二环节:参赛选手两人一组(抽签决定分组和顺序),从10段电影台词对话中抽取一段(每组有10分钟的准备时间),按抽签顺序进行即兴台词表演(不要求脱稿),每组得分即为组员第二环节得分;4、评分标准:第一环节总分20分;第二环节总分80分,包括仪态仪表(10分)、诗歌主题内容(20分)、语音语调(30分)、流利程度(10分)、朗诵技巧与情感表达(30分);5、奖项设置:根据两个环节的总评成绩排名,设置一等奖、二等奖、三等奖和优秀奖。
四、英语演讲比赛(一)初赛1、时间地点:初赛时间、地点班级自定(20xx年11月xx日之前各班学委上报晋级决赛的名单,每个班2人)2、初赛规则:演讲主题自拟,内容积极向上,每位学生3分钟,不要求脱稿。

(4)、学生到场后,各班马上纵、横队对齐并以立正姿势站好,英语书一律放在左手边,统一摆放姿势。
(5)、领读员到裁判处报道实际人数,应到,实到人数,等候裁判员宣布比赛开始。
(为了公平起见,班主任和任课老师一律不参与现场,学生不报班级,只报年级和班级抽签序号)2、英语朗读三式(每个班限制在5分钟内)第一式:直面人生,书本展开,自然摆放在眼前。
第二式,气壮山河,胳膊伸直,书本与身体平行。
