2015年秋他和国际登山队教练孙斌相约一起攀登美国西雅图的瑞尼尔雪山，首次接受系统的登山训练。

《奢侈与资本主义》一书指出，当社会财富迅速增加时，新贵和新贵的家属们热衷于享受奢侈行为，并且通过这种行为来提升自身的社会地位。

以前奢侈品是贵族阶层的物品，它是地位、身份、高人一等的权力象征，是贵族形象的代表。
