串口转网口使用说明
1.运行Moxa安装盘,在文件夹I:\Software\Windows下,运行
Npadm_Setup_Ver1.15_Build_10112214.exe,安装NPort软件。

2.安装成功后,开始菜单-右键用管理员身份打开NPort,如图二所示

3.右键Configuration ,弹出框如图三所示

4.选中,弹出框如图四所示

5.选中一个NPort5110,点击stop 按钮,则显示如图五

7.在Configuration 下选中一个设备,右击选中,如图六所示

8.修改串口转网口设备的IP地址,保存后可修改设备的IP地址,如图七所示

9.选择主界面的,出现如八图所示

10.在COM Mapping 界面里,右击出现如图八所示界面,选中Add Taget按钮,

11.点击确定后,再点击主界面的Apply 按钮。
会自动生成一个com 。
至此,串口转网口配置成功。
一下内容主要是串口转网口的设备在实际场所的运用
举例:PB840
1.以上步骤生成一个串口名为com1
2.创建一个PB840的插件
3.在PB840设置界面中填写入对应的配置内容,根据第一部分的内容配置出com1,则在PB840相应的com配置里的com名写入com1,其他内容默认。
如下图所示:
常见的错误:
1,COM+1名称怎么修改
直接在COM+1位置上直接修改。

●工作原理:在Modbus路由器中无须建点,就可以通过“穿透”的方式把串口的Modbus RTU 协议转成以太网口的Modbus TCP或者Modbus UDP协议。
Modbus路由器的不同总线之间并发工作,互不影响。
Modbus TCP/UDP客户端软件可以通过不同的IP地址区分不同的路由器;通过不同的端口号区分不同的总线;通过不同的站号来区分连接的不同的设备。

新光端机NPORT安装说明
一、安装软件。
1.打开安装包,选择和操作系统匹配的安装包,解压安装包
2.双击“drvmgr_setup…”
4.选择“Next”
6.选择“Install”
7. 软件安装完毕
二、光端机设置
1. 点击“开始”“程序”“Nport Windows Driver Manager”,
2. 点击“Add”,选择“Search”
3.查看光端机的IP地址:192.168.127.254(也有可能不一样)
4. 在地址栏输入:192.16.127.254 ,然后回车。
5. 打开左侧“Basic Settings”,点击“Network Settings”,
选择IP address 修改IP地址。
6.打开“Basic Settings”,点击“Serial Port Settings”,
7. 选择“Interface”后面的下拉箭头中“RS-422/RS-485”,
9. 打开左侧“Basic Settings”,点击“Operation Modes”
10.选择“Mode”后面的下拉箭头中“Real COM”,然后点击“Submit”
11.选择“Save/Restart”
12.点击“Home”
13.软件设置完毕,关闭。
三、软件设置
1.点击“开始”“程序”“Nport Windows Driver Manager”,
2. 点击“Add”,选择“Search”
3.在对应的IP前,打“√”,点击“ok”。
4.选择“Yes”
5.在提示Information 里面出现successfully字样,表示安装成功,点击“ok”,安装完毕。
NPort配置说明1.接线说明显示屏端控制板(S6XSCAN-2)的+1,-1(485接口)对应Nport某一COM口的D+,D-。

3.安装MOXA配置程序在LAN中运行有易程的LED接口程序的计算机上安装Nport设备附带光盘内的MOXA管理配置程序。
4.Nport配置⑴运行NPort Administrator在易程LED异步屏接口程序所在计算机上运行NPort Administrator,进入管理配置窗口(如图-1)。
图-1图-1中红色区域为系统已经搜索到的Nport设备,有几个Nport设备,表格内就会出现几条数据。
若表格内为空,无任何数据,则需点Search进行Nport设备搜索。
若仍未找到Nport设备,则需查看网络通讯是否畅通(使用Ping命令测试是否和Nport有连接)。
⑵配置Nport网络地址在图-1表格中选中一个要配置的Nport设备,用鼠标双击,进入Configuration 配置界面(图-2)。
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------图-2选择【Network】选项卡,选中Modify配置该Nport设备对应的IP Adress、Netmask、Geteway三项,配置完毕点击【OK】按钮,完成Nport设备的网络地址设置。
NPort 5000系列操作手册(Windows)1、安装驱动5000系列驱动下载地址为:/drivers/Nport/Admin/V1.17/Npadm_Setup_Ver1.17_Build_11072613.zip 解压压缩包得到Npadm_Setup_Ver1.17_Build_11072613.exe,双击运行开始安装驱动,根据提示操作即可安装。
2、准备配置NPort 5000如下图将NPort 5000和你的PC用以太网线连接起来。
192.168.127.254/24192.168.127.x/24NPort 5000默认的IP地址是192.168.127.254/24,你连接NPort使用的网卡也必须保证在同一网段,即你的PC可使用的IP范围为192.168.127.1-192.168.127.253/24。
3、配置NPort5000从开始菜单-程序中找到NPort Administration Suite下的NPort Administrator快捷方式,打开管理工具。
(Vista/Win7系统下请右键以管理员身份运行此程序)打开后如图所示:点击按钮或者执行“Configuration”-“Broadcast Search”搜索你的NPort5000设备。
若IP设置无误将看到如下界面:搜索完毕后在右侧列表框将显示出搜索到的设备。
NPort 5000支持多种配置方式,常用的有Web和NPort Administrator两种。
Web方式即网页配置方式,打开浏览器输入192.168.127.254即可。
如图:NPort Administrator即管理工具配置方式。
如下:双击搜索到的设备打开配置界面如下:下面就几个常用操作做个介绍。
3.1修改IP地址信息。
IP地址信息在配置选项卡的Network标签页。
如下:勾选Modify即可做相应修改。
Web方式修改IP如下:修改完毕后要点击Submit按钮提交修改,点击后将看到页面表示提交完成,如不再做其他修改点击Save/Restart保存重启即可生效。
串口转网口使用说明
1.运行Moxa安装盘,在文件夹I:\Software\Windows下,运行
Npadm_Setup_Ver1.15_Build_10112214.exe,安装NPort软件。

2.安装成功后,开始菜单-右键用管理员身份打开NPort,如图二所示

5.选中一个NPort5110,点击stop 按钮,则显示如图五

8.修改串口转网口设备的IP地址,保存后可修改设备的IP地址,如图七所示

10.在COM Mapping 界面里,右击出现如图八所示界面,选中Add Taget按钮,

11.点击确定后,再点击主界面的Apply 按钮。
会自动生成一个com 。
至此,串口转网口配置成功。
一下内容主要是串口转网口的设备在实际场所的运用
举例:PB840
1.以上步骤生成一个串口名为com1
2.创建一个PB840的插件
3.在PB840设置界面中填写入对应的配置内容,根据第一部分的内容配置出com1,则在PB840相应的com配置里的com名写入com1,其他内容默认。
