合泰半导体 MCU 消费电子今年,日本半导体大厂瑞萨电子持续聚焦高阶MCU市场。
上月,业界传出,瑞萨近来已对下游客户发出通知,将全面退出应用于遥控器的8位MCU 产品,预计不久之后即停止出货。
这是继今年三星宣布退出8位MCU市场之后,第二个退出8位MCU市场的厂商。
另外富士通也将MCU业务转让了给Spansion。
瑞萨作为去年8位MCU市场的领头羊,今年推出该市场,确实让人惊讶。
8位MCU市场由于16位,32位MCU逐渐蚕食其市场份额,盈利空间和发展空间确实不容乐观。
但是对于大多数厂商来说,8位的市场还是足够吸引人的。
面对三星,瑞萨等退出之后所产生的市场空白,其他厂商都纷纷推出自己的产品来吸引用户。
台湾MCU业者中以凌通受惠转单效应最高,合泰半导体也将考虑重新卡位,不放过此机会。
日前,合泰半导体“2013新品发表会”在京成功举办,众多专业观众积极参与,共同回顾去年的成绩,展望未来的市场发展,与多家公司合作,推出大量8位MCU产品。
活动现场展示目前市场热门的应用解决方案,包括:移动电源、报警烟感器、家电触控、节能风扇、3D眼镜、LED模块、电磁炉、金融卡读卡器、便携医疗方案、32Bit应用方案等。
主要涉及医疗电子,工业控制,智能家居等领域。
旨在为客户提供更具性价比的单片机解决方案。
合泰半导体蔡荣宗先生在会上表示,公司单季度单片机出货超过一亿颗,今年的营运目标为38亿台币,相比去年的35.6亿,有所增长,主要成长地区为中国大陆,其中华南占5成以上,合泰非常看好中国大陆的市场前景,在大陆拥有11家代理商。
由于8位MCU的功能限制,一般都应用在基础性功能设施方面,其主要用途也是小家电等家用设施。
根据蔡荣宗先生的观点来看,8位MCU在这些方面在以后的很长时间都还是主力军。
所以8位MCU也一直是合泰的主要市场重心。
蔡荣宗先生表示,8位相对于32位来说,虽然功能上差别很大。
但是对于小家电,医疗电子来说,8位的更具有吸引力。
