本课也算是一节复习课,通过描述动物、谈论喜好来进一步巩固各种描述性的形容词和目标语言Why do you like…?及回答Because they’re…。
教法设计:(1)创设情境,引导学生在运用语言中学习语言,学生们观看真实动物的视频,让学生去看、去听、去感受,从而丰富自己的语言感受。
学生在丰富的情景中完成复杂的交际,就学习了本课的目标语言。
(2)开展多种类型的任务型活动,如轮流问答,两人一组问与答、个体独立完成听力、小组展示等,提供给学生合作交流的空间和时间,促使学生为完成任务和同学进行合作,为完成任务进行探究性学习。

作名词时,意为“种类”,常用短语:all kinds of各种各样的,different kinds of 不同种类的,a kind of一种。
作形容词时,意为“亲切的;友好的”,常用短语:be kind to sb.对某人友好。
如:Although I am new in the class,all the classmates are very kind to me.虽然我是新来的,但是所有的同学都对我很好。
(2)kind作形容词也常用在“It is+kind+of sb.to do sth.”这个句型中。
如:It is very kind of you to help me finish my homework.你帮助我完成作业,你人真好。
