装置集成变电站通信标准IEC 61850,同时支持电力行业通信标准DL/T 667-1999(IEC 60870-5-103)。
1.2 基本功能及技术特点●基本功能:低频、低压解列,高频、过压解列,零序过压解列;除了实现以上功能,该装置还有如下特点:●人性化设计装置采用全汉化双色液晶显示器,显示信息多;13对可配置指示灯和独立的告警指示灯;事件和定值全部采用汉字显示或打印,摒弃了字符表述方式;可独立整定多套定值,供改变运行方式时切换使用。
●大资源设计本装置采用可伸缩的软硬件架构、大资源高速32 位CPU 系统器,配以大容量的RAM和Flash RAM,使得本装置具有极强的数据处理能力和存储能力。
可记录的录波报告为8至50个,可记录的事件不少于 1000条。
数据存入FLASH RAM中,装置掉电后可保持;采用高性能的并行16位A/D,使本装置具有极高的测量精度;●透明化设计采用透明化设计思想,装置内部元件在启动及动作过程可以全息再现,便于分析动作过程。

Under conditions of a fixed pho-todiode current, the change in optical output is typically ± 0.5 dB over an operating temperature range of –40 ° C to +85 ° C.This device incorporates the new Laser 2000 manufac-turing process developed by the Optoelectronic unit of Lucent Technologies Microelectronics Group. Laser 2000 is a low-cost platform that targets high-volume manufacturing and tighter product distributions on all optical subassemblies. The platform incorporates an advanced optical design that is produced on a highly automated production line. 高亮度发光二极管(LED)驱动集成电路CN5711概述:CN5711是一款电流调制集成电路,恒定输出电流可达1.5A,可以用来驱动包括白色发光二极管在内的各类发光二极管。
CN5711的LED端电流通过一个外部的电阻设置,电流范围为30mA到1.5A。
芯片内部集成有功率晶体管,大大减少了外部元器件的数目。
其它功能包括芯片温度调制,芯片使能输入端等。
CN5711具有外围元器件少,使用方便,可实现多种模式调光,效率高等优点,非常适合便携式产品的应用。
CN5711采用散热能力增强型的8管脚SOP8封装。
