英语俱乐部简介社团组织结构简介英语俱乐部是1995年成立的。

以提高会员学习英语的兴趣为宗旨吸引了众多的英语爱好者的加入。

本俱乐部的会费主要来源都是来自会员的会费每学期的大型比赛期间与外界机构有一定的合作赞助英语俱乐部的部分宣传费用。

英语俱乐部在过去的一年中定期举行英语角和FREE TALK活动邀请专家开展专业的英文讲座和举办大型的英语口语大赛各会员都积极参与并都受到广泛的好评。

英语俱乐部English Club秉承着为广大学生提供一个学习英语的园地提供良好英语氛围的宗旨自成立以来多个品牌活动受到同学、老师的认同成为广州大学较大的学术性社团英语俱乐部部门组织结构会长会长是协会的负责人负责协会内各项活动的组织与安排并协调各部组织拟定协会的发展方向与发展途径。

副会长协助会长管理协会各项事务。

秘书部秘书部是英语俱乐部下属的一个部门负责协助理事会和各个部门的工作加强部门间的联系。

负责英语俱乐部的财务管理文件印发和归档工作。

负责组织会议及其及记录工作。

负责英语俱乐部财务的预算和管理。

秘书部的工作有条不紊为英语俱乐部的工作和活动的进行提供了有效的保证。

学术部1.规划举行每周常规的英语角活动2.组织英语口语大赛、征文大赛等学术活动的规划与实施3.组织学术讲座与报告与兄弟学校进行学术交流活跃学术氛围4.收集、整理英语学习资料收集汇编会员投稿美文成果供会员学习参考。

宣传部我们部门主要就是做好英语俱乐部各方面的宣传工作.其中负责每周英语角活动和英语俱乐部举行的活动的宣传工作包括出海报和卡纸.另外我们还要申请地方张贴海报等宣传.在活动中我们还会布置会场张贴活动海报写活动主题等。

外联部1负责英语俱乐部的外部沟通联系工作特别是英俱活动的一些的经费赞助问题需要本部门全体成员共同策划完成。

2负责与校内各个社团的联系工作加紧与各个社团的密切联系。

3负责协调本俱乐部其他部门的工作需要。

文编部Ⅰ.定期制作、出版《英语俱乐部报》English Club Post月刊Ⅱ.负责对内部干事工作能力进行认证学期末递交认证总报告Ⅲ.负责重要活动的新闻稿撰写提交至俱乐部网站供浏览者查阅Ⅳ.制定俱乐部的工作章程并于一定周期之内作出修改英语俱乐部主要活动介绍英语口语演讲大赛英语俱乐部整年来最大型的比赛面向全校同学。

入学须知关于进校•报到当天，如果是从外省来或者外地来没有车的新生，可以在佛山鸿运车站或者佛山火车站等候学校的专车接送。

•本部校区新生一般从南门进校，其他校区从正门进校。
