北京理工大学招收定向就业硕士研究生 三方协议书 根据上级关于高等学校招收定向就业硕士研究生的有关规定，经商定北京理工大学研究生院（乙方）2018年为单位（甲方）培养定向就业硕士研究生同志（丙方），身份证号：。现就有关事宜协议如下： 一、丙方在北京理工大学学院学科攻读硕士学位研究生，学习形式：（全日制□非全日制□），学制为年。 二、丙方必须按教育部有关规定参加全国硕士研究生统一招生考试或乙方为在职人员组织的单独入学考试，并符合录取条件已被乙方正式录取。 三、丙方是乙方为甲方定向培养的硕士研究生。在录取前丙方必须填写《攻读北京理工大学定向就业硕士学位研究生申请书》，必须保证毕业后直接到甲方工作,其学习期间档案材料和其获得的硕士学位证书、学历证书寄送甲方。如若报考攻读博士学位研究生，必须征得甲方同意，并由甲方开具公函方可报考。 四、乙方须按有关规定，制订丙方的培养计划，组织教学，保证培养质量。当丙方具备《北京理工大学学位授予工作细则》条件，经本人申请，乙方按有关规定授予丙方硕士学位。毕业、结业、肄业证书的发放按《北京理工大学研究生学籍管理规定》执行。 五、丙方必须遵守乙方有关管理规定，若有违反，则按有关规定处理。若丙方退学或被开除学籍，经与甲方协商，由乙方将丙方退回原工作单位或定向单位，本协议自动撤消。 六、除党、团组织关系外，乙方不接收丙方的户口、工资关系、人事档案等材料；不负责支付丙方的各类工资、补贴及医疗等费用；不提供奖助贷学金；不提供住宿（国防生、强军计划除外）。 七、在培养期间，丙方与甲方解除定向就业关系，或因其它原因不能履行定向就业协议的，其在学期间材料及其它手续，按照乙方有关规定执行。 八、甲方或丙方每年须按照规定向学校支付学费（如甲方不同意支付，则学费必须由丙方承担）。 九、本协议须经三方代表签字，并由甲方人事部门（若甲方无人事接收权应由其上级主管人事部门）和乙方加盖公章，方予生效。 十、本协议如有未尽事宜，经三方协商后可进行修改补充。未经三方同意，不准单方修改、补充或撕毁。 本协议一式三份，甲、乙、丙三方各保存一份，另附丙方《攻读北京理工大学定向就业硕士学位研究生申请书》一份。本协议自签字、盖章之日起至丙方离校有效。 甲方: 乙方: 北京理工大学研究生院丙方： 负责人签字: 负责人签字: 签字： （单位公章）（单位公章） 年月日年月日年月日
