1．教材的地位与作用：
(1). 本单元是在学习了形容词比较级的基础上进一步学习最高级.通过复习和学习一些地理知识，练习最高级,让学生在完成任务的过程中, 运用所学知识进行英语交流, 培养运用英语解决实际问题的能力. 语法:形容词最高级及构成( 规则和不规则good ,better ,best, bad , worse , worst)
(2). 过程与方法.:让学生在对比中运用比较级过度到最高级,培养学生学习英语的兴趣和应用英语实际交流的能力，进而提高学生听、说、读、写等能力。
(3). 情感态度价值观:通过比较，了解中国以及世界地理知识，培养爱国主义情操，以及通过了解珠穆朗玛峰及人类克服困难，挑战极限的精神
2. 教学重、难点：
重点是掌握本课重点词汇,重点句型和最高级的用法即知识目标的内容,难点是形容词比较级和最高级构成法及正确运用.
二.学情分析
本课的教学操练点,谈论的话题是地理知识，学生都有了解，再加上现在的中学生思维能力较强，但注意力容易分散。对英语普遍感兴趣，但有很大的不稳定性. 因此，本课采取独立呈现,综合操练的方式,让学生逐渐理解消化.在本课教学过程中，在注重启发引导的同时，更要注重教学方法的灵活性，激发学
生学习的兴趣，让学生乐于接受，易于接受。
三.说教法
1．Teach English in English : 即新课标倡导的“用英语教英语”，尽量用英语教学，创造英语课堂良好的听的环境，让学生充分感知，积极体验，大胆实践，把握用英语交际的机会，鼓励学生大胆开口说英语。
2. Task-based teaching method : 突出重点，突破难点：倡导体验参与，培养自主学习能力,让学生带着任务有目的地上课，并在课堂学习中不断获得完成此任务所必须的知识、能力、技能等.

This unit tells us the improvement of traffic transportation and the related stories. Besides learning this, students will also learn some words, phrases and expressions of traffic, and so on. In Lesson 37, Danny will introduce a new type of transportation to us, it is imaginary. 2. To attain “four skills” request of listening, speaking, reading and writing, I will have the students do some exercise about the text. 3. Such a topic is very important in this unit. 英语新目标八年级上册 Unit 8 How was your school trip?(1)说课稿 进盛实验中学蔡林凌 尊敬的各位评委：大家好！今天我说课的内容是英语新目标八年级上册Unit 8 How was your school trip?的第一课时（即Section A 1a---Grammar Focus）。下面，我将从教材分析、学生情况、教法设想、教学过程、板书设计等方面对本课的设计进行说明，不足之处，敬请批评指教。 一、教材分析 （一）教材内容的地位与作用 本单元以“描述过去发生的事情”为话题，重点学习一般过去时态。本课是这一单元的第一课时，通过大量的听读练习，在七年级下册的基础上继续学习这一时态的肯定句、否定句和一般疑问句，为下一单元学习一般过去时的特殊疑问句打下基础。 （二）教学目标 1、知识与能力目标：掌握重点词汇gift,hang(hung),win(won),prize和部分不规则动词的过去式，形成语言基础知识；通过学习Did you,Were there引导的一般疑问句，培养学生的语感，形成言语基本技能。 2、过程与方法目标：采用任务型教学模式，以学生为主体自主、探究、合作学习，在此基 础上由学生自己归纳出知识点，教会学生学会学习，充分体验成功感。 3、情感目标：联系自身的生活体验，热爱生活。 （三）教学重、难点 重点是掌握一般过去时的用法；难点是知识的迁移、各种时态的混用、不规则动词的过去式。 二、教材处理和学生情况分析 作为实验班的学生，基础知识较扎实，预习生词和课文能比较到位，但灵活运用欠佳。此外，一味地机械重复操练满足不了他们的求知欲，应紧扣重点突破难点，与中考题挂钩。任务型教学模式会让学生在合作探究中自主学习，体会学习的乐趣。对此，我设计了“提出问题、形成假设、整理资料、做出结论、验证结论”五个步骤，从学生实践到归纳总结、从听读练习到写作练习，循序渐进，学生从心理上容易接受，其成就感不断推动教学，会超常完成预定的教学任务。 三、教法设想和学法指导 《新课标》指出：“基础教育必须教给学生通向生活的钥匙，关注学生的终身发展”。结合本单元的目标要求，我对教法和学法作了以下设想： 1、教法设想：本单元的内容学生并不陌生，也并不高深，因此激趣是关键。教师应扮演好导演的角色，应用多媒体辅助教学，激发学生的兴趣，采用导引法、归纳法、发散法，利用视觉的冲击，让学生在不知不觉中走进教师为他们打开的一扇扇大门，主动去发现问题、分析问题、解决问题，从中获取知识。这一点符合教育学中的自觉性、直观性原则。 2、学法指导：中学生学英语，不仅是低层次的语言模仿或者记诵，也包括高层次的认知创 造。我遵循“教为主导、学为主体、动为主线”的教学思路，采用自主、合作、探究的方式进行学法指导，采用了主体思维法、定向探究法及拓展延伸法，使学生从感知到理解，从学会到会学，提高综合能力。 四、教学过程 （一）提出问题（3分钟）
新目标八年级英语第八单元说课稿 Unit 8 How do you make a banana milk shake? 城郊中学汪莉萍 一、教学理念 《英语课程标准》(实验稿)明确提出了基础教育阶段的总体教学目标是“以学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础，培养学生综合运用英语语言的能力”。新教材也处处体现了以学生为主体的教学理念和任务型教学模式。新的教学理念根据学习的内容，设计各种交际任务活动，让学生在完成活动任务的过程中习得语言，从而激发学生学习英语的兴趣和积极性，培养学生用英语表达思想和交际的能力；同时增强学生参与意识、竞争意识和团队精神，从而为学生创造一个积极而愉悦的教学氛围，使学生真正成为学习的主人，真正做到学在其中，乐在其中，为学生的终身学习打下坚实的基础。 二、教材分析 1、教材的地位及作用 这套教材采用任务型语言教学(Task-based Language Teaching)模式。教材中每单元都设计一个或几个与该单元话题有关的任务，让学生在完成任务的过程中，使用英语获取信息，用英语进行交流，培养运用英语解决实际问题的能力。 本单元是初中英语新教材年八级第八单元，本单元的核心话题为“cooking”，围绕着怎样制作一种美食、以观察图片、听力理解、阅读理解等
训练方式和独立学习、合作交流、完成任务等形式完成目标语言的输入，学习“First,next …”，“put …on…,pour…into…”等句型和一些重要动词短语为主要学习内容，并且设置任务型综合性语言实践活动，让学生在交际活动中，学会如何正确地用英语表达自己的意见和建议，重在培养学生的习得语言运用能力、实践能力、合作能力及创新意识。 2、教学目标 （1）知识与能力 1）重点词汇：●milk shake,blender,spoon,oven,plate,pot,yogurt,honey ● Watermelon.slat,sugar,cheese,turkey,butter ● Pepper,peel,pour,add,mix,fill,cover,turn on 重点句型：● How do you make a banana milk shake?. ● First peel the bananas ● Next,put the bananas in the blender ● Then,pour the milk into the blender ● Finally,turn on the blender ● How many banana do we need ? ● We need three bananas.
