沈阳鼓风机集团压力容器有限公司(即原沈鼓集团容器车间-四车间)是为离心压缩机,鼓风机,轴流压缩机,往复压缩机提供配套压力容器、润滑油站的现代化大型企业。公司担负着为石油、冶金、煤炭、化工、电力、科研、国防等部门的国家重点建设工程提供压力容器、润滑油站的设计制造任务。公司在一九八三年取得压力容器I、II类设计、制造资格证,在一九九三年取得压力容器设计三类资格证,在一九九六年取得ARI级压力容器制造资格证。自公司成立以来,已经生产了3000余台压力容器、1100余套润滑油站,因此有着丰富的设计、制造和服务经验。

Shenyang Blower Works(Group) Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd is a modernized large corporation which afford corollary pressure vessel equipment ,lube oil plant to centrifugal compressor 、blower、axial flow compressor、reciprocal compressor. We design and manufacture pressure vessel、lube oil plant for nation emphases building project that consist of fossil oil、metallurgy、coal、chemical industry、electric force、scientific effort 、national defence and so on. SBW gained pressure vessel I、II designing and manufacturing qualification certificate at 1983, pressure vessel III designing qualification certificate at 1993, pressure vessel ARI manufacturing qualification certificate at 1996. Chapter 1 Technical plan and descriptive documents

1、润滑油系统结构特点

1. Structure characteristic of lube oil system

1.1润滑油系统的用途

1.1 Applications of lube oil system

润滑油系统是用来向压缩机、驱动机、变速机提供强制润滑油的供油装置。

Lube oil system is a oil-supply unit, which is used for supplying forced lube oil for compressor, driver and variable-speed motor.

1.2 润滑油系统的组成

1.2 Make up of lube oil system

润滑油系统是由润滑油站、高位油箱、中间连接管路以及各种控制阀门和仪表所组成,其中润滑油站由油箱、油泵、冷油器、滤油器、压力调节阀、温度调节阀、安全阀、各种检测仪表以及油管路和阀门等组成。

Lube oil system is mainly composed of lube oil station、overhead oil tank、inter piping and various control valves and control instruments. among them lube oil station is composed of oil tank、oil pump、oil cooler、oil filter、pressure regulation valve、temperature regulation valve、safety valve and various checking meters、oil piping and valves

润滑油站上的所有设备均安装在一个钢结构底盘上,构成一集装式供油系统(当运输超宽时,油冷却器采用单独底座),用户只需进行外部连接。

All the above parts are installed on a steel frame base plate to form a package type oil-supplying system (it is over-width when delivery, oil cooler will use single base plate), customer only need to do the outside connection.

1.3 润滑油系统中各组部件的结构特征

1.3 Structure characteristic of main units and parts

1.3.1 油箱

1.3.1 Oil tank

油箱的容积符合 API614 标准要求,其维持容量为8分钟的正常流量;工作容量为5分钟的正常流量。

The volume of oil tank is designed as per API614 standard. The retention volume shall be 8 minutes and working volume shall be 5 minutes based on normal flow.

油箱附带如下仪表及附件:

油气分离器安装在油箱顶部,油箱内部的烟气经油气分离器分离后由排烟风机抽出,烟气排到安全的地方,分离出的油流回油箱。

Oil-gas separator is installed on the top of oil tank. Smoke in oil tank is discharged to a safe place by smoke exhaust fan after passing through oil-gas separator. And oil separated return back to oil tank.

1.3.1.6油净化器接口

1.3.1.6Oil purifier connecting

油箱上将设置油净化器接口,并提供阀门及法兰。

Oil purifier connecting will be set on oil tank,and we will supply valves and

blind flanges。

1.3.1.7油箱排放阀

1.3.1.7 Oil tank blow-down valve

在油箱倾斜底板的最低端设有排放阀。

Blow-down valve is set on the lowest end of slant base plate of oil tank.

1.3.2 油泵

1.3.2 Oil pump

油系统中设置了3台油泵,主油泵为轴头泵(由主机供货商供货),备用油泵为电机驱动的螺杆泵,另外还设置了1台电机驱动的事故油泵(采用事故电源),主/辅油泵均能单独满足机组所需的全部油量要求。

There are three sets of oil pump in oil system, main oil pump is gudgeon pump (supplied by Siemens),standby oil pump is screw pump driving by motor. In additional, there is one set of accident oil driving by AC motor in it, main and auxiliary pumps can meet the request alone for necessary oil needed by the unit.

机组开车前应首先启动备用油泵,使油系统建立起所需油压,只有当供油总管的油压达到规定值,且稳定后方可启动压缩机组。

Turn on auxiliary oil pump firstly before starting the unit to make the oil system get the needed oil pressure. Only if the oil pressure of general oil-supply piping reach to given value and it is steady, we can start the compressor.

备用油泵及事故油泵吸油口至油箱之间装有截止阀和粗滤器,在备用油泵及事故油泵排油口设有止回阀以防止压力油经空载泵回流,在上述止回阀的下游设有截止阀,维修油泵时应首先关闭油泵进出口的截止阀。

Stop valve and filter are installed between oil suction inlets of auxiliary oil &accident oil pump and oil tank, and check valve is installed at oil exhaust outlets. They are to prevent pressure oil to return through no-load pump. Stop valve is set at the end of check valve as above. For maintaining oil pump, you should firstly close the stop valve at inlet and outlet of oil pump.

此外,系统中还设置了低压联锁报警装置,当润滑油总管的油压下降到联锁报警整定压力时,联锁报警装置发出报警信号并启动辅助油泵,当系统油压恢复正常值后,手动停止备

用油泵。

In addition, low pressure interlock alarm device is set in system. When oil pressure at general piping of lube oil fall to interlock alarm given pressure, interlock alarm device will send alarm signal and start auxiliary oil pump. When oil pressure recovered to regular value, the auxiliary oil will shut down the pump by hand.

1.3.3冷油器

1.3.3 Oil cooler

本系统中的冷油器为管壳式换热器,壳程走油,管程走水,进油温度65℃;出油温度≤45℃。清洗或维修时可以将管束抽出。

The oil cooler is tube/shell type heater, with oil by the shell and water by the tube. the designed inlet temperature is 65℃;outlet temperature shall be≤45℃。The pipes can be taken out when purging and maintenance.

油站上设置了两台冷油器,一台工作,一台备用,每台冷油器均能单独满足机组全部油量的冷却要求。两台冷油器的进出口分别用一台连续流转换阀(即三通切换阀)连接在一起,该连续流转换阀采用偏心凸轮结构,搬动灵活且在两台冷油器切换过程中不会产生断流现象。

The oil station has two oil coolers, one working and another for standby purpose. Both of them can meet the cooling requirement alone. One continuous flow convert valve (three-port-through convert valve) has been installed between the inlets&outlets of two coolers. This continuous flow convert valve adopt eccentric cam structure, not only move agility but also zero flow phenomenon never showed up in the course of convert between two sets of oil coolers.

1.3.4滤油器

1.3.4Oil filter

油站上设置了两台滤油器,一台工作,一台备用,每台滤油器均能单独满足机组全部润滑油的过滤要求。两台滤油器的进出口用一台连续流转换阀(即六通切换阀)连接在一起,该连续流转换阀采用偏心凸轮结构,搬动灵活且在两台滤油器切换过程中不会产生断流现象。

Two lube oil filters have been set on lube oil station, one working and one

standby, both of them can meet the filtering requirement alone. One continuous flow convert valve (six-port-through convert valve) has been installed between the inlets&outlets of two filters. This continuous flow convert valve adopt eccentric cam structure, not only move agility but also zero flow phenomenon never showed up in the course of convert between two sets of oil coolers.

1.3.5压力调节阀

1.3.5 Pressure regulation valve

油系统中设置了一台自力式压力调节阀,用来调节润滑油总管的油压。

One vertical pressure regulation valve has been set in oil system for adjusting the oil pressure of lube oil general piping.

1.3.6温度调节阀

1.3.6 Temperature regulation valve

在冷油器进出口之间并联一台温度调节阀,该调节阀使部分未经冷却的油液流经温度调节阀后与经冷油器冷却后的部分油液混合后进入滤油器,将进入滤油器的油液温度控制在45±4℃范围内。

Temperature regulation valve is set between inlet and outlet of oil cooler, which can mix up with the uncooled oil after going through temperature regulation valve and cooled oil, and then flow into oil filter together. Oil temperature of entering into filter should control in scope of 45±4℃.

1.3.7安全阀

1.3.7 Safety valve

润滑油系统中的油泵为容积泵,因此在油泵的出口设有安全阀,当系统油压升到安全阀设定压力时,安全阀开启,油液经安全阀流回油箱,以确保系统安全。

Oil pump in lube oil system is volume pump. Therefore safety valve is set at outlet of oil pump. When system oil pressure reaches to given pressure, safety valve will be turn on, and oil will return to oil tank through safety valve to ensure the system is safe.

1.3.8润滑油站内部连接管路

1.3.8 Inner piping in lube oil station

润滑油站中各设备之间由管道及阀门连接在一起,在润滑油系统中设有压力表、温度计、液位开关、压力变送器以及低压报警联锁装置等各种检测仪表。

The equipments in the oil station are connected by necessary piping and valves together. There are some measuring meters are installed in lube oil system, such as pressure gauge、thermometer、liquid level transmitter、pressure transmitter and low pressure alarm interlock device and so on.

1.3.9 油净化器

1.3.9 Oil purifier

本系统中提供一台适于从油中排除游离水及机械杂质、恢复油黏度和闪点并除去混入气体的油净化器。

One oil purifier will be provided within this unit for discharging the free water and mechanical admixture, restoring oil viscosity and flash point and removing mixed gas.

第二章设计制造中采用的标准

Chapter 2 Standards adopted in design and manufacture

2.1 材料标准:参照技术要求择优选用国标、部标、行业标准,对国外引进的材料,参照国际标准或引进的标准。

2.1 Material standard:We will select national standard、ministry standard and industry standard refer to technical request, and for the documents introduced from oversea, we will refer to international standard or reference standard.

第四章性能保证

Chapter four Performance Guarantee

4.1 卖方保证提供的设备是全新的、未使用过的,采用的是最佳材料和一流的

设计和制造工艺,并经检测、试验完全合格,并在各个方面符合合同规定的质量、规格和性能要求。

4.1 The seller should ensure that provided equipments are all new and never to be

used. It adopted the best material and first class design and manufacture craft. It is completely up to grade through inspection and test, and it accord with request of quality、specification and performance stated in contract in all aspect.

4.2 设备的设计和构成应确保其使用寿命至少为二十年;不间断地运行时间至

少为三年。

4.2 Design and structure of equipment should be ensured that its using lift is twenty

years at least, and the time of uninterrupted operation is three years at least.
