《义务教育均衡发展国家级学校工作总结》xx年已经结束，我校已顺利通过义务教育均衡发展国家级验收，学校在办学条件改善、规范办学行为、教学教研、德育、安全、教师管理、义保经费管理使用等方面都取得了一定成绩，整体工作在提升。
一、基础设施、办学条件工作
1.新建运动场、围墙、厕所竣工并投入使用，改善了办学条件。
2.教学楼已经竣工，通过验收并投入使用。
3.新建计算机教室、科学实验室各一座。
4.配置了14台教师计算机。
5.对班班通设备进行了维修、保养，保证了信息技术设备的正常使用。
6.营养课间餐工作扎实细致，程序规范，资料齐全。
7.义保经费管理。严格执行预算管理，按照各级义保经费管理办法，民主理财，合理开支，无违规违纪使用义保经费现象。
二、德育、养成教育工作
1、以养成教育为抓手，每月确立教育主题队学生开展经常性教育。二月份为养成教育活动；
三月份是学雷锋、树新风和缅怀革命先烈教育活动；
四月份为爱国主义教育，诚信礼仪教育；
五月份是环境保护教育、卫生健康教育；
六月份是少先队教育活动。九月份是入学养成教育；
十月份是爱国主义教育；
十一月份是法制教育；
十二月份是禁毒教育。
2、坚持每周一的升旗仪式，充分利用国旗下讲话对学生进行正面教育，表扬先进，鼓励后进，效果很好。
3、发挥红领巾广播站、黑板报、图书室（角）等宣传阵地的教育功能。广播站每周播音一次，结合教育专题对学生进行教育。黑板报共六期，有检查，有评比。
4、开展了“清明经典诵读会”“国庆诗歌朗诵会”，开展了丰富多彩的“庆六一”“迎新年”系列活动。
5、开展了各类评比活动。校园雷锋评比，文明标兵评比，三好学生、优秀学干、优秀少先队员评比，评比活动善始善终，共评选出校级校园雷锋16名，校级文明标兵10人，培养了学生争先进位意识，效果良好。
6、加强班主任管理工作，制定了班主任考核细则，班级管理细则，进行了四次文明班级评比。
三、安全工作
1、明确责任，层层签订“安全责任状”。
2、采取多种方式对学生进行安全教育。班队会课、晨会、国旗下讲话、学校集会、展板、条幅、致家长一封信等等，安全教育全天候、全覆盖。
3、坚持领导带班、教师、学生值日，形成安全监管网络全校园，不留死角，及时排查和处理安全隐患、苗头。《安全工作日志》记录

4、开展了5.12、9.18等安全疏散演练。
全年我校无一例安全事故发生。
四、教学教研工作
（一）教学方面
1、科学、合理地安排课程表，做到开全课程，开足课时。
2、完善学生学籍，基本做到人籍一致。学籍系统上班主任对学生学业和综合评价完成良好。
3、狠抓教学常规不放松。通过六次教学检查督促了老师备教批辅测教学常规全过程，对差缺的责令整改并回头查。所以，我校教学业务规范，教风扎实。
6、认真组织期中、期末和专项检测，做好质量分析报告。评选出23名学习标兵，予以表彰奖励。
7、积极参加学区管委会组织的二、四、六年级质量监测，取得了良好成绩，较往年有较大提高，我校青年教师骨干作用和教学质量提升效应初步显现。
（二）教研方面
教研工作开展扎实有效是我校工作的特色和亮点。
1、立足校本教研，不摆花架子。扎实开展专题业务学习6次，专题研讨4次，集体备课4次，旨在解决教学中的实际问题。
2、开展“打造有效课堂磨课”活动，共5位年轻教师参加了10人次做课磨课活动。方案制定、过程管理、课堂展示、课后反思及评
议扎实认真，不走过场，磨练了教师，对年轻教师的专业提升效果很大，并推出语数精品课堂各一节。
五、特色教育工作
1、教研工作有特色，青年教师成长快。以后在发挥青年教师特色上下功夫，力争培养出县级、市级骨干教师、学科名师。
2、图书室工作突出，在郭明萍老师的精心组织下，每周一至周五图书室开放，学生图书借阅积极性高，借阅率很高。郭明萍热心、积极做阅读推广工作，长期与“六合公益”阅读推广合作，接受阅读培训和捐赠图书，开展课外阅读学生书信互动活动，学生很活跃，效果很好。
3、绘画教育启动，有成效。特岗教师张传娥的绘画教学有特色，培养学生绘画兴趣，学生绘画能力提升很快。
尽管学校已通过义务教育计划发展验收，但也还存在很多不足，我们将在今后的工作中克服困难，努力将学校办成一所人民满意的学校。
