Claim Damages

In most cases, bona fide party to an international sales contract will do his best to perform his duties either as a seller or a buyer, after the conclusion of the contract. However, it is not rare that either party to a contract may fail to _ 1_ (履行自己的义务), or his performance is

Passage 1 Most Americans believe someone isn’t grown up until age 26, probably with a completed education, a full-time job, a family to support and financial independence, a survey said. But they also believe that becoming an official grown-up is a process that takes five years from about the age of 20, concluded the report from the University of Chicago’s National Opinion Research Center. The findings were based on a representative sample of 1398 people over age 18. The poll found the following ages at which people expect the transitions to grown-up status to be completed: age 20.9 self-supporting; 21.1 no longer living with parents; 21.2 full-time job; 22.3 education complete; 24.5 being able to support a family financially; 25.7 married; and 26.2 having a child. “There is a large degree of consensus across social groups on the relative importance of the seven transitions,” said Tom Smith, director of the survey. Passage 2 Spend less than you earn. This is perhaps the most worn out, overused phrase in the world of personal finance. But guess what? It’s also the single most important financial lesson you’ll ever learn. No matter how hard you work and how much money you earn, you’ll never achieve financial security if you spend more than you earn, so…… do whatever it takes to make sure that this doesn’t happen. This takes self-discipline, and might require constructing a budget, but if you ever want to get to a point where you can afford all the little niceties in life, you need to make it happen. Plan for the future. I’ve been where you are, and I know that “the future” seems like it’s a million miles away. Do yourself a favor. Sit down and define short, intermediate, and long-term goals and then put together a plan for getting there. It’s not easy, and you probably won’t get it right at first but once you do this, you’ll have something concrete to work from (and to modify in the future). Start small and work your way up. Be patient. Building a solid financial foundation takes time. Don’t look for shortcuts or try to strike it rich overnight wit h the latest hot investment tip. (2)第二题组词学生完成不够理想,主要是"词语接龙"出现很多错误,有不少写错别字。 (3)第三题词语边线,绝大部分学生能做对,个别学生"清澈的泉水"和"清晰的字迹"连错。 2、句子: (1)第四题给句子填上适当的关联词语,学生做错的比较多,主要是没有弄清题意,按要求写关联词语,不少同学把这道题当作一般的补充句子来做,填上去的不是关联词语。 (2)第五题补充完整句子,大部分学生能正确完成,但比较粗心,有不少写错别字,还有一些同学没有加上标点符号。 (3)第六题改写句子,学生能较好地完成前两题("把"字句和"被"字句),后两题改反问句为陈述句较多学生答错。可以看出不少学生还没有掌握好改写反问句的方法。这题应作为重点讲解。 (4)第七题修改病句,学生做错的比较多,主要是第3小题做错。答案有两种:①周总理的精神值得我们学习。②周总理是我们学习的榜样。 3、段的练习: 第八题排列文段,大部分学生能做对,个别学生由于逻辑思维较差,几乎全部排列错误。 4、阅读: 第九题阅读文段,学生做得不够理想,扣分较多。原因有①不认真审题,没有按要求做,或者漏做;②没有掌握分段的方法,还有些学生分段分在句子中间; ③阅读能力较差,未能理解短文内容,正确回答问题。 5、作文: 作文由于是单元练习写过的作文题目,大部分学生能按要求写,但总体来看,内容较平淡,篇幅也较短,有些学生书写潦草。 三、总结以后复习和答题中应注意的问题: 1、继续加强对基础知识的巩固,特别是生字词语的掌握。 2、要加强句子的训练,特别是关联词语的运用和修改病句的训练。
