适用于深孔测井的LuAG 闪烁体探测器的
温度特性

摘要 针对深孔测井要求更小体积、更高探测效率、温度特性更稳定的需求,通过LuAG(Lu 3Al 5O 12)与NaI:Tl
闪烁体的对比实验和高温型光电倍增的选择,确定了由LuAG 和Hamamatsu 的高温型R1288A-07光电倍增管
与之组成的探头。采用温度可调节的恒温箱对探头开展20?170 oC 范围的温度试验,重点分析温度对LuAG 探
测器能量分辨率、道址和计数率的影响,为LuAG 闪烁体探测器在测井中的应用提供参考。实验结果表明,
(75±5) oC 为LuAG 探测器能量分辨率(137Cs 662 keV)最佳温度;温度在20?70 oC 变化时,能量分辨率变化不
超过2%;温度在70?170 oC 变化时,能量分辨率变化不超过7%。由此可见,LuAG 探测器在高温环境中稳定
性较好,可应用于测井等具有较大温度变化的环境中。但是由于温度会引起比较明显的谱漂,因此使用时需
要做好稳谱工作。

Abstract Background: Deep-well logging requires higher detection efficiency and more stable temperature
characteristics for the detectors. Purpose: This study aims to investigate the temperature characteristic of LuAG
scintillator detector of high energy resolution in well logging. Methods: Contrast experiments using radioactive
source 137Cs (662keV) were performed between LuAG (Lu 3Al 5O 12) and NaI:Tl scintillators, and the former is
identified to be better in high-temperature resistance and energy resolution. LuAG together with Hamamatsu
high-temperature type photomultiplier tube (R1288A-07) composed the probe for experiment. A temperature
