不得不说乘客恶意投诉的情况还是相对很常见的,而滴滴公司的做法也让人无语,根本不分青红皂白,也根本没有申诉的机会(因

说一个典型的例子:去年4月份,我中午下班回家,顺路接了个女乘客,带了一只宠物狗,上车后这狗就一直乱蹦乱跳,女主人完全是放任自流,在一个路口准备停车等红灯时这狗突然踩到我车的涡轮增压按钮,车子嗖的一声窜出去十几米,差点撞到前面的公交车,好在我直接踩死刹车才避免一场追尾,我随口说了一句“管好你的狗”,没想到那女的下车后直接差评并投诉,说我恶语伤人,结果被扣2点服务分并被罚款30元,事后申诉过3次均以失败告终。

滴滴的客服纯粹就是摆设,不管你问什么,永远都是“已经反馈,请耐心等待”这句“耐人寻味”的话,如果客服真的没权利处理和查询各种问题原因,其实也没必要花费这么多钱建立客服体系了,有和没有都一样何必多花钱了。

有些乘客真的素质很低,说把车当成厕所都不过分,擦过鼻涕的纸直接塞在座包下面,嚼过的口香糖也是黏在车窗边上,这种行为如果发生在出租车上估计换来的绝对是嘴巴子,就是因为滴滴 ___导致很多司机是敢怒不敢言。

滴滴只管抽成,不管司机生活状况,没有任何公平可言。所有规则全部是针对司机的,抽成永远都是必须的,投诉永远是乘客对。

第四:向上级营业厅投诉。移动的营业厅一般是一级管一级的,如果你反映的问题没有得到有效解决的话,可以打电话或者直接到上级营业厅进行投诉,上级营业厅接到投诉电话后会向下级营业厅了解情况,如果你反映的是真实情况的话上级营业厅会快速帮你解决问题。
