细化初一英语阶段性分层作业
摘要：近年来，有关英语分层作业，不断有人在分析、探讨、研究。但初一分层作业的成功与否直接决定着整个初中阶段的英语作业分层是否有效成功。所以把初一英语作业分层做到细化很有必要。

近年来，英语分层作业是个热门话题，以前布置作业的模式就是全班同学做同一个作业，老师批改每一位同学的作业自然也均相同，只是有对有错，字体潦草，工整之分，所以此时提出“分层作业”尤为重要，但初一新生接受的是零起点英语教学，所以从26
个字母开始作业的布置到阶段性测试以后的作业布置应有所差别，基于此，提出“细化初一英语阶段性分层作业”的策略也是重中之重。它直接决定着整个初中阶段的英语作业分层是否有效成功。
1 因材施教法阶段性英语作业分层
（1）虽然现在的学生在小学三年级就开始学习英语，但到了初一，有的同学听说读写都能达到a，而有些同学听说可以，读写只能达到b，甚至有些同学连26个字母都写不规范，更别说利用音标识别单词了。我们为了教学统一，还是让学生从26个字母以及音标开始，教孩子们写规范化英语字母，利用音标学读记单词；教孩子们正确的发音方法，让孩子们流利自如的讲出一些问候型的礼貌
