C.信用证是国际贸易中最常用的支付方式。信用证有多种形式,如不可撤消信用证、循环信用证和对背信用证等。不可撤消的信用证是指信用证一经开出,未经卖方不得撤消的信用证。

Payment should be made by an irrevocable and confirmed letter of credit.

付款采用保兑不可撤消信用证。

信用证的缩写:L/C,前面用冠词a L/C ;复数:Ls/C ,letters of credit

商务英语函电在对外贸易中的重要性
