物流术语 编制说明 第一部分：编写过程 一、课题下达： 物流是个高速发展的行业。随着经济的迅速发展，高新技术的不断涌现，物流界对物流活动的认识随之不断提高，对物流术语的定义、范围有了新的要求，继而赋予它更新、更深的内涵和全新的概念。物流业由此进入了一个标准化、规范化的发展阶段。 三、课题组研编过程 课题预研工作是从今年年初开始，在收集资料的基础上提出了术语标准框架、指导思想及研究工作的实施方式；并与有关企业和研究单位征询自愿参与该项工作，确定了参加研究的课题组成员单位及专家。并于2005年5月10日在北京召开“《物流术语》国家标准修订”课题组的第一次研讨会，
会议上明确了本次修订工作的原则、参与的研究单位及企业、具体分工和工作进度安排。 会后各成员单位按照要求分头开展工作，课题组办公室在收到各成员单位汇总上来的术语资料之后，就所收集的这些术语进行了整理和分类，编写了《物流术语汇总稿》，其中分为六个部分：物流基础术语、物流管理术语、物流技术与设施设备术语、物流信息类术语、物流服务类术语、物流外贸海关类术语。截至完成《物流术语汇总稿》，课题组办公室收到各位专家和企业发来的术语词条共854条，其中原《物流术语》词条145条，经总纂汇总筛选，并去掉重复的之后剩下499条。 汇总稿发给课题组各位专家，请各组专家查看词条的分类是否合适，词条名称是否业内通用， 《物 8月15 订稿第二稿。 《第二稿》中将原“物流服务术语”改为“物流作业服务术语”，将“物流管理术语”部分与“物流作业服务术语”部分的前后位置作了调整；物流基础术语从第一稿的60条调整到48条；物流作业服务术语从原来的63条调整到48条；物流技术与设施设备术语从原来的96条调整到61条；物流信息术语从原来的56条调整到22条；物流管理术语从原来的72条调整到49条；国际物流术语从原来的85条调整到51条，共计279条。
