大学生就业能力测评及其培养模式研究
摘要
自2003年高等院校扩招以来，我国大学毕业生就业压力越来越大，许多大学生在从高等教育到就业转换过程中面临很多问题。大学生的择业期望与用人单位的择人期望形成一条就业鸿沟，而且越来越明显。我国在大学生就业能力理论研究方面起步较晚，关注力度不够。本课题综合运用了调查法、比较法、个案法、实验法等全新的研究方法，力图从学校、企业、大学生自身等多个角度入手，探索为大学生就业能力的培养和提升提供理论主张和可行性建议，并且在此基础上，构建基于职业胜任力的大学生就业能力理论模型及其测评体系。从而构建一套良性的人才流动和就业能力信息沟通机制，形成比较成熟的就业能力培养模式。

Studies on employability evaluation and training model of
university students
Abstract
Since the expansion of institutions of higher education in 2003, undergraduates are bearing growing employment pressure and many of the students are facing quite a lot of problems in the conversion process from higher education to employment. The gap between the employment expectations of college students and recruitment expectations of companies has formed and become increasingly evident. Theoretical study of employability of university students starts late and gains inadequate attention in our country. We make comprehensive use of new research methods, such as investigation, comparison, case study and the experimental method, try to explore theoretical ideas and practical recommendations of training and enhancing the employability of university students from aspects of schools, businesses and college students themselves, and build competence-based employability evaluation system model of university students in order to build a healthy flow of human resources and employment information communication mechanism, and form a relatively mature training model for job-related skills.
