尊敬的评委,各位老师，你们好：
今天我演讲的题目是《爱的付出与收获》
有人说：“幼儿园是最容易教的，却也是最难教的。”这句话乍一听起来很矛盾似的。但是在我从教一两个月以后，我却对这句话的内涵有了更为深刻的认识。
说容易教是因为孩子们什么都不懂，教的时候任你发挥；说难教，也是因为孩子们什么都不懂，所以要教好他们，除了应该有足够的耐心之外，还必须有足够的爱心和责任心。所以幼儿园教师除了像一般的教师一样具备良好的业务素质和师德之外，还必须有一颗童心，只有这样，才能更好的和孩子们交流沟通，更容易让孩子们接受你所传授的知识和经验。
我是一名新教师，在学校里我学的虽然是幼师，毕业后却一直在教小学。今年暑假开学机缘巧合我成了一名幼儿教师，虽说教育都是相通的，却也只是一句泛泛之谈，真正运用于实践还是需要很多努力和探索的。
现在的工作对我来说是新奇而又充满了挑战的。我一直很喜欢孩子，也一向自认为很有孩子缘，原本以为做一个孩子王来说一定是驾轻就熟的了。可是面对五十个性格各异，来自于不同家庭的孩子，我还真是有些束手无策了。
这三个月以来，在园领导的鼓励下，在有经验老师的帮助下，我用各种方式、方法来了解孩子：在日常生活中以“妈妈”的细心关心体贴他们；在教育教学中以“严师”的耐心启发引导他们；在游戏中以“玩伴”的童心信任鼓励他们。走进童心
世界，与他们同歌同舞，同喜同忧，同玩同乐，处处与孩子们打成一片，理智施爱，孩子们很快愿意和我在一起，并愿意把自己的小秘密、悄悄话告诉我，甚至给我带来他们最喜欢的食品和礼物，我的爱得到了回报。有人说，爱是辛苦的，被爱是幸福的。在我看来，爱与被爱是同样幸福的，付出爱后得到的爱是那样的让人满足。我深深地感受到只有爱的奉献，才是爱的主旋律。幼儿的心灵是一张未经渲染的白纸，是幼儿教师们帮他们描绘成一幅幅美妙的图画；幼儿的心灵是一群凌乱的小音符，是教师帮他们编排出一曲曲动人的乐章；教师的充满爱意的言传身教对孩子们的未来起着不可估摸的作用。
我给孩子们播种着真挚的、无私的爱，孩子们也使我收获着他们独有的、天真的、纯洁的爱。在今后的工作中，我会坚定我的信念，用爱继续谱写孩子们的孩提时代，让我的孩子获得最大的快乐和进步。因为爱是老师最美的语言。

尊敬的各位领导、各位同事，大家好。我叫xx，是xx的新同事，非常荣幸可以在这里代表各位运动员发言。这次运动会我参加了女子
4*100米接力比赛，作为第四棒第一个冲过终点，感觉非常好。通过这次运动会我主要有以下三个方面的感触：
1、身体是革命的本钱
我从小就跑得快，很多人都说：“别看这丫头个子小，窜出去倒是一溜烟似的”。我也爱运动，所以从小身体倍儿棒。但是自从开始干这行以后，天天坐在电脑前面。别的不说，最明显的是肚子上肉越来越多了，力气越来越小，身体也变虚了，动不动就感冒。这次运动会是一个契机，让我发现持续运动的重要性。本来之前训练的时候，我以为长期不运动的我跑一遍100m就肯定体力不支了，结果越跑越精神越跑越带劲。都说身体是革命的本钱，只有本钱够了才能专注于工作，因此这次运动会只是个楔子，为的是带动我们全体员工更广泛地参与到“全民健身”中去，“每天锻炼一小时、健康工作50年、幸福生活一辈子”。
2、将体育精神带入本职工作
这次运动会我们取得了非常优异的成绩，凭借的是每一个运动员的努力与拼搏，依托的是领导和后勤工作者的鼎力支持，可以说是一次集全院之力，展示我院精神风貌的盛会。在这次运动会中，我看到了顽强拼搏，看到了带伤也要坚持比赛的xx，看到了咬着牙跑完全程、跑完就累倒的xxx，也看到了跌倒也不放弃最后冲刺的xxx，等等等等；在这次运动会中，我理解了团结合作，团队协作是每个运动员在繁忙的工作当中抽出时间来参与集体训练，是后勤工作者不辞辛劳不求回报，是运动场内外的互相搀扶和相互关心。我相信，这些在活动中激发出来的精神风貌必将升华为工作中锐意进取、争先进位的
昂扬斗志，帮助我们在更上一层楼。
3、把单位当家
作为一个新员工，我觉得仅仅用“团结力”来形容我在这次运动会中所收获的感受并不准确。有人关心我们的身体健康，有人在意我们的衣食冷暖，我们也为了全体的荣誉奋力一搏，这已经超越了“团队”的概念，这更让我感觉像“家”。在接受了这么多领导的关心、前辈兄弟姐妹的爱护后，我们这批新员工已经潜移默化地把这里当成了家，愿意把xxx的责任、使命当成自己的责任、使命，为xxx而努力，因xxx而自豪。
